Khloe Kardian became a mom for the second time last year …
But it turns out, the baby’s name has been changed over the past months.
Her baby boy was born by surrogate in July 2022.
He joined older sister, True Thompson, who’s five years old.
But Khloe did not reveal her son’s name for a long time …
She revealed all in the first episode of the hit Hulu and Disney+ show, The Kardashians, last month.
However, soon after, it was revealed this name hadn’t been her first choice.
“This is honestly so confusing,” wrote one fan.
“I’m lost! Can’t ‘keep up!'” joked another.

And now, Khloe Kardashian’s son’s name has been revealed.
Last month, she told Kardashians viewers her and Tristan Thompson’s son was named Tatum Thompson.
However, it has now been revealed that this wasn’t the initial decision.
According to TMZ, sources said that the 10-month-old’s surname was originally legally registered as Kardashian!
While PEOPLE claimed that the newborn was listed as “Baby” on the birth certificate until Tatum was chosen.
Some have speculated that it was Tristan’s unfaithfulness to Khloe that may have prompted the choice to initially leave his name off of the birth certificate.
