The Kardashian- Jenner clan have changed a lot since their debut on their reality TV show over a decade ago. While some of the sisters have been open about what surgeries they have had to enhance their beauty, others are still challenged by the speculation surrounding their cosmetic appearance.

Khloé Kardashian has recently clapped back at a Twitter critic following a statement on her most recent advert.

The third eldest of the Kardashian-Jenner clan clapped back at the Twitter troll after they called her an "alien" referring to her ever-changing look. "Sorry you feel that way," the thirty-six-year-old stated on Monday after once again being the target of plastic surgery rumors. "You have every right to block/mute me," she continued.

"I am trying to help many out there who suffer in silence. I R [sic] completely entitled to your opinions. Just as I am mine."

Khloé then attacked the detractor's bio, declaring: "I don't think you should refer to yourself as a feminist if you are attacking a woman unprovoked." Though this isn't the first time Kardashian has been bombarded with plastic surgery qualms, it seems the constant speculation is beginning to bother her.

In April an unauthorized shot of the celeb was leaked online, resulting in her team trying their hardest to get it removed. The shot featured the star appearing candid and relaxed, make-up free by the pool in a bikini. Despite Khloé looking incredible in the snap, fans noticed a stark difference between the candid shot and her normal high-intensity Insta selfies.

She says it's been a tough time dealing with her struggles revolving around her weight and facial features.

"The photo that was posted this week is beautiful. But as someone who has struggled with body image her whole life, when someone takes a photo of you that isn't flattering in bad lighting or doesn't capture your body the way it is after working so hard to get it to this point — and then shares it to the world — you should have every right to ask for it to not be shared — regardless of who you are," she said in an Instagram video at the time.

Her fans aren't convinced she's being entirely truthful...

The Twitter back-and-forth came after the reality star appeared in a recent commercial for Nurtec, a prescription medicine used to treat migraines. Fans immediately noticed she looked different once again and the plastic surgery speculation crept back in from the shadows. Despite the rumors, Kardashian stands by her claims that she has had no cosmetic surgery. She has been defending her changing appearance for over a decade, even recently claiming she got more "round" while on hormones to freeze her eggs.

Her fans have been quick to judge the star's ever-changing face over the years, comparing photos of her and analyzing her features in her Instagram photos.

The Twitter argument began with the troll cracking: "Does research indicate that the more plastic surgery someone has the more likely they are to suffer from migraines?

"What kind of pharmaceutical company chooses someone who has had so much plastic surgery they look like an alien, as their spokesperson?"
