The Kardashian family are never short of a scandal, and this is perhaps the biggest.
This time it involves her 6-year-old son, Saint.
It’s clearly something that’s traumatized her.
But, first, let’s take a look back at some of the most iconic moments of the show.
After fourteen years of drama, scandals, and downright chaos, Keeping up With the Kardashians came to an end last year.
The premise in 2007 was simple — around the clock, cameras would document the glamorous, yet somewhat unconventional lives of the Kardashian-Jenner family.
And, over the years, it has catapulted the infamous Kardashian-Jenner clan to unprecedented levels of fame.
It has gained the Kardashian-Jenners a strong and faithful fan base.
With people tuning in to every new season.
The show was an addiction to many.
But, out of nowhere, it was announced that the up and coming 2021 season would mark the end of the beloved show.
The devastating news was announced on Instagram.
Sharing a retro KUWTK poster, the beauty mogul wrote: “To our amazing fans – It is with heavy hearts that we’ve made the difficult decision as a family to say goodbye to Keeping Up with the Kardashians.”
The post continued…
“After what will be 14 years, 20 seasons, hundreds of episodes and numerous spin-off shows, we are beyond grateful to all of you who’ve watched us for all of these years – through the good times, the bad times, the happiness, the tears, and the many relationships and children.”
They then thanked the thousands of people and businesses that have helped make the experience amazing for them.
And signed off with: “Without Keeping Up with The Kardashians, I wouldn’t be where I am today. I am so incredibly grateful to everyone who has watched and supported me and my family these past 14 incredible years. This show made us who we are and I will be forever in debt to everyone who played a role in shaping our careers and changing our lives forever.”
But now, the Keeping Up With The Kardashians series has made a comeback on DisneyPlus.
And, although nothing will beat the early 2000s of the show… We’re ecstatic to see it back on our screens.
So obviously, we had to put together a thread of the best KUWTK moments.
Because what’s better than sitting through KUWTK‘s best moments?
Remember this moment?
After overhearing Khloé and Kourtney gossiping about her, Kim crept back into the room to launch an attack on her sisters, while saying between each blow: “Don’t be so f****** rude.” Iconic.
When momager Kris Jenner spectacularly and savagely shut Kim down.
As the sisters attempt to gang up on their mom at the dinner table, Kris slaps back with a scathing dig regarding Kim’s disastrous first marriage: “I’ve seen you guys through so much s*** that you do that I have to f***** put up with. ‘I’m married for seventy-two days’… Really? That was normal.”
And what about one of the best Kourtney moments?
When trying to lay her priorities out on the table, Kourtney had said, rather distastefully: “I think it’s like, everyone understanding that we all have different priorities and, like, working is just not my top priority, it’s never going to be.” That isn’t how the world works, Kourts.
Or how about the “She was for sure on bath salts” moment?
Kim and Khloé decided to pull over their car to ask a woman, who they believed to be “on bath salts” to ask where the nearest coffee shop was… It turned out she was simply deaf. Awkward.
And do we remember when the Kardashian clan was on the way to free Khloé from jail?
In perhaps one of the most iconic scenes to ever grace our screens, while on their way to bail Khloé out of jail, Kris can be seen telling Kim: “Kim, would you stop taking pictures of yourself? Your sister’s going to jail.”
The moment Kim had her assistant hold her phone for her.
In a groundbreaking scene for all of us, we watched as Kim’s assistant held her iPhone for her as she recorded a selfie video. Like the rest of us, Kris was utterly blown away… And saw it as a business opportunity, of course.
Kourtney finds it just as funny as us, too.
The words “She has this ugly crying face that she makes” will live with us forever.
And although some people thought the show had been on long enough, most disagreed… Because, who wouldn’t want to watch the hilarious arguments the Kardashians have with each other?
Their fights will never get old, will they? During a heated argument, Kim calls out Kourtney’s “lack of a business”, shouting: “Maybe if you had a f****** business that you were passionate about then you would know what it takes to run a f****** business but you don’t… So don’t even act like you know what I’m talking about.”
Kourtney really was a savage.
Especially when she quipped: “That’s so embarrassing for your life… And your soul.”
Momager Kris brought home a pet piglet, Kylie was beside herself with excitement and shrieked down the staircase: “Is that a chicken?!”
We’re struggling to see how you got that one wrong, Kylie…
“ABCDEFG I have to go,” was our mood when we watched Kris cheering on her half-naked daughter.
As her daughter posed seductively while wearing nothing but pearl necklaces and stilettos, the ever-enthusiastic momager, Kris could be seen taking photos of her while saying encouragingly: “Kim, you’re doing amazing sweetie.”
And getting back to Kourtney’s phrase…
Kourtney’s ex, Scott Disick, was left baffled when she casually said to him: “ABCDEFG… I have to go.” According to Kourtney, this is a very common phrase to use… Erm, okay?
Kourtney was a born b*tch.
Some people just really hate bad interior decisions, okay?
What about the Kim K moment where she shows us all she’s scared of heights?
Kim reveals a somewhat unexpected fear of heights and, as she attempts to climb back down, she says through tears: “I made it in life, I don’t need to do this!”
And we saved the best until last…
Okay, KUWTK fan or not… Everyone has witnessed this moment. While on a family vacation in Bora Bora, Kim was swimming in the ocean when she suddenly dissolved into hysterics after realizing one of her $75,000 diamond earrings has fallen out.
It’s a classic Kardashian meltdown and, to make the situation even more hilarious, as the family attempted to locate the missing jewel, Kourtney called from her bungalow: “Kim, there’s people that are dying.”
And now, they’re back on DisneyPlus, and there’s already been an iconic Kim K crying moment…
But this time, we can’t help but feel sorry for her, especially after everyone feels as though Kim has really grown over the last few years.
And it comes as people believe she has handled Kanye West’s social media harassment with grace and dignity.
One Twitter user wrote: “y’all love to shit on @KimKardashian every chance you get, yet she has handled this situation with kanye with absolute grace and dignity and never once put him down. like plz chill on kim.”
While another added: “I mean just a Kim Kardashian appreciation tweet here—the way she handles herself in general is impressive but especially with this Kanye situation it has highlighted just how high her emotional I Q is.”
This is why when we saw Kim Kardashian break down in tears after her six-year-old son found an advert for the leaked video she created in her past…
It was actually not a funny moment at all.
Now, while they were at a family BBQ, her son, Saint, showed Kim something on his iPad, and it really shocked her.
She turns to Khloé to show her what’s been brought up, and Saint says that it’s just a game. But, Kim isn’t ok with this, understandably… And says that she’ll be “suing” them, as per the Daily Mail.
“There was a picture of my cry face and then I looked at it and it said something super inappropriate “Kim’s new s*x tape,” she explained in a confessional.
“This is supposed to be unreleased footage from my old s*x tape. The last thing that I want as a mom is for my past to be brought up 20-years later especially when it is a big party and my whole family is here. This is some real embarrassing s*** and I need to deal with it and I will deal with it. I just cannot believe this is happening right now,” she continued.
“Had my son been a little bit older and had been able to read, I would have been mortified, but I died inside,” she said.
And Khloé joked that the tape has already been talked about in another season, saying: “I feel like we’re back to day one. It’s a good omen.”
At this point, Kim calls her ex-husband, Kanye West.
“It’s not OK though, it’s not. On Roblox. Saint was on Roblox yesterday and a f***ing thing popped up and he started laughing and it was a picture of my cry face,” she told Kanye.
“It was a game that someone made of Roblox and it said Kim’s New S*x Tape when you clicked on it. Thank god he can’t f***ing read yet. And it’s like over my dead body is this s**t going to happen to me again. I just want it gone. This is not gonna f**k with me. It’s not, so I just want it gone,” she continued on the phone.
Kanye actually told Kim that “nothing” can cancel her, and calmed her down, too.
The video which was made in 2002, and leaked in 2007, has haunted Kim’s name, but, despite the number of times it has been brought up, she’s flicked it away, and continued to make a different name for herself.
She’s proven to the world that the tape does not define her.
And that’s why we’re all rooting for her.
