And with the new series of The Kardashians coming out, the family has taken center stage.
This time, their kids are a little older, and a lot more involved.
Kourtney Kardashian is known to have been straying away from the limelight in recent years.
In 2020 after KUWTK‘s Season 18, Kourtney revealed that she would be taking a step back from the show after constant fights with her sisters, Kim and Khloe.
She even responded to a fan telling her to “quit the damn show” on March 26 following the season premiere, she tweeted: “I did. Bye.”
Despite this, it seems she’s back in the latest season with Hulu, which began shooting late last year.
In this season of The Kardashians, fans get an inside look into Kim’s divorce from Kanye West and her newfound romance with Pete Davidson.
We see Khloe trying to patch things up with Tristan Thompson once again, while Kylie navigates her second pregnancy.
And let’s not forget, we get to see Kourtney’s relationship with Travis Barker blossom.
But one member of the Kardashian family we’re going to see a lot less of is Kourtney’s son, Mason Disick…
Now, Mason has been in the public eye since his birth… literally. Mason’s birth was seen by millions who tuned into the reality show.
And since then, he’s had very little privacy, understandably being the son of Kourtney and Scott Disick.
We have all watched Mason grow from a baby into a young boy, and it seems he’s finally able to have his own say on his social media presence.
Fans have noticed that Mason has been absent from family photos shared by Kourtney and Travis of their holidays together…
Leaving fans to question why he’s being left out. however, Kourtney replied to one commenter that questioned why she wasn’t spending time with her eldest during a family ski trip, writing: “Just because he’s not in the photo, doesn’t mean he’s not with us.”
Some Reddit users took things a step further and found Mason in the background of some of her Instagram photos, proving he probably just doesn’t want to be in the spotlight.
After fans caught on, many praised the reality star and Travis for being “respectful” of Mason’s “boundaries.”
“I like seeing Mason there but totally like how respectful they are of not posting pics of him,” one person wrote.
“I like seeing him too, he’s the first baby so neat seeing him grow up. I like that they respect him saying no too,” a second user replied.
Despite this, Mason did appear in the first episode of The Kardashians, albeit briefly.
