An iconic segment from one of Kourtney Kardashian's interviews back in 2016 has recently resurfaced and gone viral purely down to the fact that she pretended to be frozen for a portion of it.

The interview, which was conducted via satellite with Australia's Today Extra, was recently reposted onto TikTok and has been watched over 3 million times.

The eldest of the Kardashian siblings suddenly goes silent as host David Campbell started questioning her about her sister's robbery scandal.

Kim Kardashian was involved in a traumatizing incident where she was held at gunpoint while being tied up during a trip to Paris for the city's fashion week back in October 2016. The thieves stole the star's jewelry including a diamond ring worth 4 million dollars.

Kourtney accompanied Kim during the trip but had left the place they were staying to go to a nightclub along with their other sister, Kendall Jenner.

In her own words, Kim described the harrowing incident.

"I heard a noise at the door, like footsteps, and I shouted, asking, 'Who's there?' " she said, according to Le Journal du Dimanche.

"No one answered. I called my bodyguard at 2:56 a.m. Through the door, I saw two people arrive, plus the night man who was tied up. It's the one with the ski goggles who stayed with me.

"They grabbed me and took me into the hallway."

"I was wearing a bathrobe, naked underneath. Then we went in the room again and they pushed me on the bed. And, it was this time, they tied me up with plastic cables and taped my hands, then they put tape over my mouth and my legs."

The thugs got away with almost 5 million dollars worth of items but it wasn't the material scars that were the most painful. Kim has repeatedly explained how the immense emotional trauma of the event still affects her to this day.

So, of course, the family would not want to discuss it, especially not just weeks after it unfolded.

"How is Kim going?" Campbell asked as Kourtney began talking to the staff behind the scenes, ignoring him and his co-host.

She then stopped moving altogether, just the occasional blink here and there, which prompted him to ask "Hello Kourtney, have we lost you?"

Sonia Kruger added, "Alright. It looks like Kourtney doesn't really want to go there with that question."

But it was clear that David was not happy with the response, or lack of!

"I think she's totally blanking me on that question!"

His co-host tried to defend Kourtney but David blurted out, "She could just say her sister is fine! I mean, I think we just said that you know we're very concerned and we were onside and we hoped that everyone's fine, which I still do."

After a quick commercial break, we were all surprised to find out that Kourtney was still there, even after the little outburst by the host.

"I'm sorry about what just happened there. Can we ask, first of all, is everything okay where you are right now?" Campbell asked to which she blamed on a "bad connection."

Do we believe that? No. But did it make for an entertaining scene? Of course!
