Malala Yousafzai Graduates From Oxford University in Powerful Ceremony

One year after her graduation was scheduled, Malala finally managed to celebrate her enormous achievement in style…

Malala actually completed her degree last year but the ceremony was delayed due to the pandemic.

But now, Malala Yousafzai has been celebrating her graduation.

She’s graduated from the highly presitigous Oxford University in the UK.

Where she studied for a degree in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics.

When she was just 15 years old, Malala was shot in the head by the Taliban.

Malala then had to undergo many surgeries.

After her ordeal, she set up her foundation dedicated to helping hyoung girls around the world get their own education.

That same year, Malala was awarded a Nobel Peace-Prize.

But Malala didn’t just campaign – she also studied hard for her own educational achievements, graduating in May 2020!

Malala was pictured after having taken part in an Oxford tradition of ‘trashing’, where they are sprayed with the likes of champagne and silly string, and have confetti and the likes thrown at them.

But now, more than a year later, Malala has also celebrated her official graduation ceremony.

She shared images of the emotional moment on her social media.

Malala celebrated alongside parents Ziauddin Yousafzai and Toor Pekai Yousafzai and new husband Asser Malik.

“Some Latin was said and apparently I have a degree,” she joked.
