Prince Harry and Meghan Markle are yet again being trashed online and this time, it's all because of how they treated Archie on his second birthday.

Now, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle have been the talk of the entire world since their explosive interview with Oprah Winfrey aired.

Their 2-hour-long interview aired on CBS on Sunday, March 7th and viewers watched on in shock as some mind-blowing allegations were made against the monarchy.

For example...

It was claimed that senior members of the family had refused to get Meghan professional help when she was experiencing suicidal thoughts during her pregnancy with Archie.

Meghan also addressed that incident with her sister-in-law, the Duchess of Cambridge Kate Middleton.

Headlines were made in 2018 when Meghan allegedly "made Kate cry" in a row about bridesmaids' dresses in the days before her and Harry's wedding - well, in her chat with Oprah, Meghan claimed that Kate was the one to make her cry.

Though she did stress that Kate had apologized and that she had "forgiven her."

Harry then explained that he "had to get out," though when he did he was "cut off financially" when he and Meghan needed help the most...

He also added that they've since been relying on his inheritance from Princess Diana.

"I was totally cut off financially. My family cut me off – if I didn't have what my mom left me, we wouldn't have been able to do this. All I wanted to do was keep my family safe."

Meghan then addressed the ongoing issues of racism within the monarchy.

The Duchess claimed an unnamed senior member of the Royal family raised "concerns" about how dark Archie's skin would be before his birth.

She implied that this "concern" was the reason Archie wasn't given a royal title.

"In those months when I was pregnant, all around this same time.... so we have in tandem the conversation of 'He won't be given security, he's not going to be given a title,' and also concerns and conversations about how dark his skin might be when he's born," Meghan explained.

Quite predictably, opinion was well and truly divided over the interview...

With a vast majority feeling sympathetic for Harry and Meghan over what they've allegedly endured in the last few years.

But on the other hand...

People have been slamming the pair for agreeing to take part in Oprah's interview and have even been brandishing them as "liars"... including Piers Morgan, of course!

But regardless of the criticism...

Harry and Meghan have made their big move in the best interest of Archie and their unborn daughter because at the end of the day, they are the most important things.

It's clear how much Harry and Meghan dote over their child...

And there's absolutely no denying how amazing they are as parents!

But of course, many of their critics beg to differ...

And the couple have been well and truly slammed following Archie's second birthday on May 6th.

To mark Archie's 2nd birthday, Harry and Meghan took to their website to share an important statement.

"We have been deeply touched over the past two years to feel the warmth and support for our family in honor of Archie's birthday," the statement reads.

"Many of you donate to charities on his behalf, and mark the occasion by giving back or doing an act of service - all through the goodness of your hearts. You raise funds for those who need it most and continue to do so organically and selflessly. We remain incredibly grateful."

The statement then touched upon the ongoing pandemic.

"This year, our world continues to be on the path to recovery from COVID-19. Yet too many families are still struggling with the impact of this pandemic. While some places are on the verge of healing, in so many parts of the world, communities continue to suffer. As of today, around eighty percent of the nearly one billion COVID-19 vaccine shots that have been given were administered in wealthier countries. While we may feel that normalcy is around the corner, we remind ourselves that in much of the world, and especially in developing countries, vaccine distribution has effectively yet to start."

"We will not be able to truly recover until everyone, everywhere, has equal access to the vaccine."

"And with that intention, we are inviting you to contribute whatever you can—if you have the means to do so—to bring vaccines to families in the world's most vulnerable places," they then asked.

"For a donation of just $5, you can cover the cost of a dose for someone in need. And because we were able to secure matching support from a number of organizations, that $5 you give will automatically turn into $20 - covering the cost of four doses. Every single dollar counts—not only will it help save lives but it will help save families and communities."

"We cannot think of a more resonant way to honor our son's birthday. If we all show up, with compassion for those we both know and don't know, we can have a profound impact. Even a small contribution can have a ripple effect."

"Together, we can uplift, protect, and care for one another."

What do you think about the couple's request?

Do you think it is genuine? Or do you think they really did use their child?
