Actress Melissa Gilbert has been sharing tons of sweet pictures on social media of her granddaughter Ripley, who was born on June 8th.

"My feed is going to get boring if you're not into babies," Gilbert captioned a series of photos a week after Ripley was born. "I'm a very proud Nana!! Can't wait to squeeze this little one!"

On Thursday, she posted another adorable snap of Ripley sleeping in her arms, with the caption: "Nana's girl."

Over the past few weeks, she has been enjoying lots of time with her new granddaughter. Her Instagram is now filled with pictures of the newborn, with several showing Gilbert relaxing with Ripley asleep in her arms.

She also got her husband Tim Busfield in on the action, sharing a picture with him cradling the newborn.

Gilbert announced the amazing news that they had welcomed another member into the family on June 9th, alongside multiple photos of the baby after she had just been born.

And people are loving the adorable posts by the Little House On The Prairie star...

One Instagram user commented: "SO incredibly precious!!! There are no words to adequately describe the feeling of being a Grandma!! Enjoy!!!"

While another wrote: "Omg she is absolutely perfect. Congratulations to you all and enjoy all the cuddles, Nana."

"Beautiful girl! I find it really hard to believe Half Pint is a grandmother. I suddenly feel so much older," wrote a third.

"So so happy to tell you all that @timbusfield and I are Nana and Papa to this sweet angel," she captioned the post. "Ripley Lou Brinkman arrived last night at 6:18 pm central time. She weighs 7lbs 7oz and is 19.5 inches long."

She continued, "Everyone is healthy and doing well. So proud of my son Dakota and his wife @martobes. She was a warrior through the whole process, and he was the perfect partner to her. Next up, traveling to Texas to meet our new granddaughter."

Last year was a difficult time for the star, who underwent her fourth spinal surgery after learning her surgery back in 2016 hadn't worked.

Sharing an update in November, she wrote: "Surgery was wildly successful! Dr. Bray was able to remove all the old hardware, shave off bone spurs causing numbness in my right hand and, and, and, he was able to give me the artificial disc!!!"

Gilbert continued, "So now I focus on recovery and remaining Covid free. Thank you all for your love, support, and prayers. I send so much love back to you all. Happy Thanksgiving indeed!!! Love and love and love... MG #discsportandspine #artificial disc #grateful#blessed #loveiseverything"

This new addition is surely helping with her recovery. We can't wait for more pictures!
