Do you think police officers should be allowed to openly disclose who they're supporting in this year's presidential election?
When it comes to choosing who to vote for in the upcoming presidential election...
This is especially expected from law enforcement...
But it seems that one police officer in Miami decided he wanted his political views known...
Now, we are mere weeks away from the highly anticipated presidential election...

And it's been an explosive journey coming up to it, to say the least!Donald Trump is hoping to gain victory and be reelected as President of the United States...

But it seems that he has some serious competition from his Democratic rival, Joe Biden.Of course, the election couldn't have fallen on a worse year...

But it has been powering on ahead... despite many major setbacks. The first presidential debate was held on September 29th at the Samson Pavilion of the Health Education Campus in Cleveland.

Entering into the debate, Biden had a significant and persistent lead in the polls. Biden's lead was compounded by a cash crunch in Trump's campaign, with Biden's campaign donations improving significantly.Overall, the ninety-minute debate, which was held by Fox News' Chris Wallace, was a bitter one.

Both Trump and Biden seemed to be having a field day throwing insults at one another, calling each other out, and constantly interrupting each other. The whole debate was certainly made personal...
It all felt very disorganized...
This debate is unfortunately between a steamroller with no operator & a Roomba that got stuck in a corner— Aparna Nancherla (@Aparna Nancherla)1601428943.0
But Trump's presidential campaign seems to be hitting rocks...
And things took an ultimate turn for the worst when at the start of October, the President and the First Lady, Melania, tested positive for COVID-19. Trump insisted that they immediately went into self-isolation together and that they felt fine, but after just a few days, he was hospitalized at Walter Reed National Military Centre.Despite the huge worry surrounding Trump's health...

He was discharged just a few days later and insisted to the nation that all we need to do is to "learn to live with COVID", which was very concerning to hear.Trump continued to insist on how he was "feeling better than ever."

But when Joe Biden proposed making the next presidential debate a virtual one in the interest of health and safety, Trump put his foot down.So instead, Joe Biden participated in a Philadelphia town hall forum moderated by ABC's George Stephanopoulos on October 15th...
via: Getty
And in typical Trump fashion, the president announced at the last minute that he would be holding his own town hall forum in Miami at exactly the same time, hosted by NBC.Trump's event was hosted by NBC's Savannah Guthrie...
via: Getty
And this was the first time ever that 2 hopeful presidential candidates went head-to-head at the same time while not being at the same event.Right now, Joe Biden seems to be in the lead going by the polls...

But remember when we said this about Clinton's campaign 4 years ago? It's going to be a tough decision for most of us on November 3rd...
But when it comes to law enforcement?
Well, one police officer in Miami recently decided to make it perfectly clear who he'll be backing in the election.
Steve pointed out on Twitter that not only was the cop's face mask totally inappropriate and was an example of voter intimidation ...
Not only is this an egregious form of voter intimidation, but it’s also a crime. https://t.co/6IDoO3zHeZ— Steve Simeonidis (@Steve Simeonidis)1603218645.0
The cop was soon identified as Officer Daniel Ubeda...
Steve said he was so shocked by the officer's behavior, he felt he needed to take a photograph.
"I just said, 'Excuse me, officer, I just want to take a picture,' and he made some snide comment. He called me 'sweetheart' or something like that — just complete disregard of the fact that he was intentionally intimidating voters at the polling location."It wasn't clear if Ubeda was at the government center in an official capacity or to vote himself, however.
@stevesimeonidis @CityofMiami If he didn’t go there to vote, someone should ask him why is he there. Our tax dolla… https://t.co/plRaZ4QspR— Tashika Martin (@Tashika Martin)1603232041.0
Miami PD was soon made aware of Ubeda's behavior...

Deputy Police Chief Ron Papier told the Miami Herald that "appropriate disciplinary action" will be taken against Ubeda...

Of course, people are furious over the cop's outrageous behavior.
@stevesimeonidis @CityofMiami I wasn’t really sure about the idea of defunding the police (there’s a lot to unpack… https://t.co/XMw6XXF2CF— David Maguire (@David Maguire)1603229112.0
