Miley Cyrus gave a solo performance in Vegas on the 4th of July and she took this moment to share her support for Britney Spears, by adding the chant "Free Britney!" to one of her hit songs.

Miley hit the stage for the opening of Resorts World, singing her biggest hit, "Party in the U.S.A"...

"The taxi man turned on the radio, he turned to me and said, 'free Britney, free Britney!" she chanted. "We love JAY-Z but we got to free this b****. It's stressing me the f*** out!"

However, this isn't the first time Miley has expressed her support for the troubled pop star. At a 2019 Memphis concert, she repeated the refrain, "Free Britney."

Britney herself actually mentioned Miley during her court hearing last month, talking about Miley smoking joints at the VMA's yet she says the management team they share treated Miley very differently.

"Not only did my family not do a god damn thing, but my dad was also all for it... anything that happened to me had to be approved by my dad," Britney said during her conservatorship hearing on June 23rd.

"I got a phone call from my dad saying, 'I'm sorry Britney you have to listen to your doctors, they are planning to send you to a small home in Beverly Hills to do a small rehab program, you are going to pay $60,000 a month for this,' I cried on the phone for an hour and he loved every minute of it. After I've lied and told the whole world I'm ok and I'm happy, it's a lie."

Britney went on to talk about her manager's cruel tactics: "Working for Miley Cyrus as she smokes on joints at the VMA's, nothing is ever done to this generation for doing wrong things, but my precious body who's worked for my dad for the past fu***** thirteen years trying to be so good and pretty, so perfect when he worked me so hard when I do everything I'm told in the State of California... allowed my ignorant father to take his own daughter who only has a role with me if I work with him, they sat back and allowed him to do that to me."

But even after Britney talked through the horrifying events that led her to protest her conservatorship, the judge denied her request to remove her father from the conservatorship.

Britney's supporters are pulling together everywhere to show their support and Miley's concert has caught the attention of people on Twitter:

"Miley Cyrus screaming free Britney like we all should."

Britney's former manager Larry Rudolph has also resigned: "I believe it is in Britney's best interest for me to resign from her team as my professional services are no longer needed," he said in a statement.
