These lovable and loyal companions make the perfect household pets, and it also helps that they’re so damn cute.

Whether they’re causing mischief, giving us those puppy eyes when they want a treat, or taking up the entire sofa, many of us couldn’t live without our furry friends.

There’s one thing it seems we can all agree on – our canine pals are too good for this world.

Because let’s face it, dogs are the most loyal pet you can have.

From the thumping of paws as they excitedly run to greet you when you return home, to relaxing evenings with your pup sprawled out on the couch next to you, they really are our best buddies.

It’s hard to imagine a life without having a pooch to come home to.

The thought of it alone is pretty unbearable.

After she claimed the Corgi was stolen by the elderly couple who was dog-sitting for her.

…While she went away for 2 weeks.

This went on for months with emotional appeals and police intervention.

But thankfully, Haku was finally given back to his rightful owner on Tuesday afternoon.

So she was obviously emotional once they were reunited. She has big plans in store to celebrate Haku’s return.

“I’m so happy. It was her birthday yesterday so we want to do a big party tonight.”

“They said I could keep the dog in the middle of May,” he said. “It just got all out of hand… the dog is now handed back- that’s it, full stop.”

And was picked up by Ms. Pham just after 4 pm.

Ms. Pham appealed to track down her dog earlier this July.

She used social media to get support for her case and got the police involved.

And was shared more than 745 times by outraged pet-lovers.

“He has now gone into hiding,” she said.

However, copies of all conversations between the man and Ms. Pham prove that wasn’t the case.

Clearly it worked. Keep scrolling for some seriously adorable animal news…
