Khloe Kardashian recently opened up about welcoming her baby boy into the world but model Robyn Lawley has slammed her choice of surrogacy.
Clearly, it isn’t sitting well with the Australian model who has a different opinion.

This is Tristan and Khloe’s second baby together, despite what’s happened over the last few years.
It seems Khloe is ready to forgive and forget Tristan’s past mistakes.
There’s no denying that Khloe and Tristan’s on-off relationship has been a rollercoaster…
Let’s face it, being a member of one of the most famous families in the world will more than likely put a strain on any relationship.
Earlier this year, rumors began circulating that Khloe and Tristan had been trying to give things another go…
But after the news surrounding Tristan’s infidelity, it seemed as though any chance he had of getting back with Khloe was long gone.
But shockingly, that’s not the case.
The pair started dating back in 2016…
When Tristan’s ex was actually pregnant with his child… Start as you mean to go on, I guess?
At the time, the Kardashian clan was incredibly supportive…
Kris told Us Weekly: “They are really cute. She’s having a good time. He seems like a really nice guy. I think just with any relationship, just in life, I think it’s about chemistry and about values.”
And despite moving away from family to Cleveland to be with the NBA star as he started basketball season, she seemed pretty happy…
Speaking to Jimmy Kimmel, she explained that she visited Cleveland often to be with her boyfriend. “I actually really like it,” she said of the city. “I like having my routine and being a little more under the radar.”
It didn’t take long for the pair to be swept up in a whirlwind romance…
And Khloe even admitted to James Corden on The Late Late Show that they have even used the “L” word to each other.
Then after 2 years of dating, the pair welcomed their baby daughter True…
And they both seemed eager and excited for parenthood together.
On the outside, the couple was perfect for each other…
And it was reported by PEOPLE that Khloe was nesting in Cleveland in her shared home with Tristan.
However, not long after, it was reported that Tristan was spotted in a rather precarious situation…
Rumors began circulating when a video was published of Tristan getting up close and personal with another woman at a New York City bar, but Khloe merely shrugged off these rumors and they welcomed their daughter, True, on April 11th, 2018.
Less than a year later, everything came out…
In February of 2019, their relationship was in tatters after it was confirmed that Tristan made out with Kylie Jenner’s best friend, Jordyn Woods, at a party.
And Tristan faced instant backlash…
The Kardashians started to unfollow both Jordyn and Tristan shortly after the public betrayal, and Khloe deleted a bunch of Instagrams featuring Tristan.
After everything, you’d expect him to bury his head in shame…
However, numerous reports suggested he did a lot of apologizing to Khloe in a desperate attempt to win her back.
And thanks to many of her friends and family warning her against it…
She didn’t take him back and instead turned her focus on being a good mom to True and taking care of herself.
After this, the pair slowly started to build a civil relationship with one another…
And met up often to ensure their daughter has a good relationship with her father.
However, in a surprise turn of events, Thompson turned out to be a dad of 3…
But not with Khloe. Yikes.
He’s already dad to Khloe’s daughter True, and co-parents son Prince, with his ex Jordan Craig.
Due to a recent scandal, he reportedly found himself having to take a paternity test after a woman claimed he was the father of her child.
Not only did it come back positive, but that woman had her baby on December 1, and had been suing the star for child support, who reportedly admitted on text that he’d be retiring, and she’d only get the bare minimum from him. Ouch.
The woman in question is thirty-one-year-old personal trainer, Maralee Nichols…
And she spent the Christmas of 2021 with her newborn.
According to reports, the pair hooked up in March, during Thompson’s thirtieth birthday celebrations…
Meaning the baby was conceived while Tristan and Khloe were still together.
Oh dear.
In a declaration given by Thompson, he claims he was only “intimate” with Nichols that one night…
He said: “When we got to my hotel room, we immediately had sexual intercourse. Petitioner [Nichols] initiated our s*xual contact and never objected to our having s*xual intercourse. She was very awake and conscious and did not exhibit any signs that she was other than a willing participant in our s*xual activities.
“We did not drink at my hotel room and Petitioner was not drunk. After we had s*xual intercourse, Petitioner specifically asked me if she could spend the night because it was my ‘special birthday’ as she called it.”
He continued: “I told her I had to get up early in the morning but she said it would not be an issue for her. After we had s*xual intercourse, we went to bed. “
Since it was found out that Thompson is the baby’s father, Nichols has made a claim for reimbursements from the star for things such as medical costs, prenatal vitamins, and other baby-related expenses.
However, Thompson is trying to get their case moved to Texas to limit how much Nichols can claim for…
Thompson confirmed that the baby is his on his Instagram, as well.
And then he made a public apology to somebody in particular.
“Today, paternity test results reveal that I have fathered a child with Maaelee Nichols,” he began on his Instagram story.
“I take full responsibility for my actions. Now that paternity has been established I look forward to amicably raising our son.
“I sincerely apologize to everyone I’ve hurt or disappointed throughout this ordeal both publically and privately,” he continued on.
And then, that’s when he began his heartfelt apology to Khloe.
“Khloe, you don’t deserve this. You don’t deserve this heartache and humiliation I have caused you. You don’t deserve the ways I have treated you over the years.
“My actions certainly have not lined up with the way I view you. I have the utmost respect and love for you. Regardless of what you may think. Again, I am so incredibly sorry,” he finished.
Of course, people have had a lot to say about what Thompson did and his statement in regards to it.
But it seems Khloe is willing to move past Tristan’s mistakes yet again, as it has been reported that they are going to have another baby together via surrogate.
And even more shockingly, sources told TMZ that their baby is due any time now.
So it appears they planned the baby before their recent breakup.
A statement issued by the couple read: “We can confirm True will have a sibling who was conceived in November.
“Khloe is incredibly grateful to the extraordinary surrogate for such a beautiful blessing. We’d like to ask for kindness and privacy so that Khloe can focus on her family.”
Since the news came out, Khloe has opened up about why she chose to use a surrogate this time around.
It appears that a “huge motivation” was that she didn’t want to put her body through the strain of pregnancy again.
A source told Heat Magazine: “There were medical reasons that factored into her decision to use a surrogate, but not putting such a strain on her body was a huge motivation.
“Kim and Khloe know their bodies are their meal ticket, they made a pact at the start of the year that they’d go all out to get into the best possible shape and they’ve thrown themselves into the project.
The source concluded: “It’s getting quite competitive between them – they’re both in the gym constantly and are spending thousands every months on their looks.
“They live to see jaws dropping with envy, admiration, and confusion everywhere they go.”
But now, Australian model Robyn Lawley has spoken out against the Kardashians…
If you didn’t already know, some US states, Russia, Georgia, and Ukraine are the only places where commercial surrogacy is legal.
However, the Daily Mail reports that in Australia commercial surrogacy is illegal in all states, meaning expectant parents cannot pay a salary to their surrogate.
Therefore, if any Australian citizens do go abroad for commercial surrogacy they can face criminal prosecution.
Lawley previously revealed she would not have any more children, after being diagnosed with a rare auto-immune disease following giving birth to her son Ripley, back in 2015.
As the disease can also lead to pregnancy-related complications such as miscarriage, stillbirth, and premature delivery, which is why she confessed: “I won’t get pregnant again out of pure fear.”
In an opinion piece for Nine Honey, the thirty-three-year-old praised actress Angelina Jolie for her decision to adopt.
“When you quite clearly have the funds and the ability, what’s wrong with adoption? (Hello, Angelina Jolie!),” she wrote.
She added that she understands the desire to have kids for genetics to be carried through the bloodline but questioned why someone would want to put another woman through such an ordeal.
Lawley failed to acknowledge what Kim Kardashian went through during her first 2 pregnancies…
If you don’t remember, Kim had placenta accreta, which could be potentially life-threatening.
Even Khloé, who recently welcomed her first son via surrogate after giving birth to daughter True in 2018, stated medical reasons for not carrying baby number 2.
“Surrogacy is illegal in many countries, and understandably so, in my view – just because we have the technology doesn’t mean we should allow it.
“I don’t know how we’ve let a business come out of this,” Lawley wrote.
“Because at the end of the day, if a woman was allowing her body for use in New York like this, it would be for money. And I don’t think what they pay covers what the risks are in childbirth and afterward – nor do I think the women are informed enough,” she said.
