Some people like to forget, others like to tell stories about their loved one, others refuse to let their spirit die.

For one mom, she likes to remember her son at Christmas by leaving gifts on his grave every year.

And after hearing her story people have taken to social media to share their despair.
On Christmas day, Marie Worton, forty-two, from Stockton-on-Tees, UK, placed Christmas gifts and personalized balloons on her little boy's grave...
via: ShutterstockJust as she has done every Christmas morning since he died.
But she awoke on Boxing day to a phone call letting her know that all her gifts and balloons had gone.

But that's not the worst of it...
via: ShutterstockA fire had been lit, leaving Marie's weights from her balloons burned out.
Sadly, this isn't the first theft...
via: ShutterstockTruly awful.
The mom has decided to speak out in the hope that it will prompt CCTV to be installed at the cemetery.
via: ShutterstockSpeaking to the Mirror Online, Maire said, "I can't understand - on Christmas day, it breaks my heart. I can't believe how low they could be to set a fire in a baby garden on Christmas Day of all days."
"Christmas is hard enough without having to deal with this."
via: ShutterstockMarie went on to explain about her baby boy, "I went full term with him but he died 1 hour after he was born. We were never prepared for him to die, when it happened it was a hell of a shock."
"I had a funeral for him and he was buried. I'd thought that's his little resting place where I can go."
via: Shutterstock"But over the last 6 months, every time I put rosary beads there, they just get pinched. It seems to be every time I put something religious it goes and I don't know where."
"I just want him to rest."
via: Shutterstock"I dread going up because I just think what else?" she explained.
Marie added that what happened on Christmas day is the "final straw."
via: Marie Worton"I went up on Christmas morning at about 9 o'clock as I always do. I put balloons on [his grave] and flowers that I order for him. The balloons had all been personalized as well. There was also a little mini Christmas tree and 2 ornaments with a candle inside - a snowman and a Santa."
"No other family should go through this. CCTV is needed so this doesn't happen and people can rest in peace," Marie explained.
