Mom Reveals Son Wrote in His Own Yearbook After Other Children Refused To

A mother was left heartbroken, after she revealed her son signed his own yearbook.

His mother shared a post on Facebook which included a snap of his yearbook, with a caption which read: “My poor son.”

Cassandra Ridder told The Sun that Brody then decided to write his own message, which “shattered her heart.”

“It doesn’t seem like it’s getting any better. Two teachers and a total of two students wrote in his yearbook. Despite Brody asking all kinds of kids to sign it,” said the mother.

The heartbreaking message to himself read: “I hope you made some more friends.”

But it’s not the first time the mother noticed her son was getting bullied as…

Cassandra told Buzzfeed, she was “aware that Brody had been struggling with bullies” at school.

“I have worked with the school to try and fix the bullying, teasing, and harassment that has gone on this year.”

“Brody is pretty outgoing, he’s smart, he puts himself out there, yet he still doesn’t make many friends,” she added.

Cassandra recalled how her son’s face “got really sad” after she asked him where he’d got all the signatures from…

Brody told his mom that “no one really signed my yearbook,” and that he even asked people to sign it but they refused and said “they would do it later or they were too busy.”

At that point “my heart sunk,” and she added that “no one wants to see their kiddo in pain.”

And so she took it into her own hands and reassured Brody that “people may have just had a “hectic day.”

After admitting crying later that night, Cassandra added her own message in her son’s yearbook…

According to The Sun, the mom wrote that her son “will always be” her best friend.

Since then, the mother’s Facebook post has gone viral and other students all eager to sign Brody’s yearbook…

As per reports, Brody also received a letter and a present from actor Paul Rudd.
