Being a mom isn't easy. Protecting your children can be a difficult task, but while we're all still inside because of the pandemic, keeping them occupied is the real problem. One mom had a genius hack to bring the summer vibe indoors and now everyone's trying it out.

There's nothing quite as rewarding as motherhood...
via: Getty ImagesThe love between you and your child is something unlike any other feeling on earth... It's a pretty magical thing.
But that's not to say it's easy...Being a mom is basically the hardest job on earth - and the pressure to be a perfect parent can make life even more stressful.
And even if you try to stay relaxed...
via: Getty ImagesThere are some aspects of motherhood are just eternally frustrating. Hey, no one said being a mom was always going to be great fun, right?
There are many things that make parenthood irritating...

There's no such thing as a perfect child...
via: Getty ImagesBut every child is perfect to their parents.
Even when they accidentally do stupid things.
via: Getty ImagesIt can be difficult to constantly keep an eye on your child and sometimes, even the best of us make mistakes, but it's all part of the process.
But they don't make it easy, that's for sure...
via: Getty ImagesKids love putting things in their mouths, whether it be edible or not. I assume it's their own unique way of discovering whether they like something or not. But they don't know any better so who can blame them, right?
Well, one mom decided she was going to kill two birds with one stone.
via: Getty ImagesDuring this pandemic, it has been quite difficult to keep children occupied, especially when they can't physically enjoy the warm weather outside.
I mean, it's still summer, but just a more restricted version.

And, luckily for you, she shared the amazing video with us all.

Rather than heading down to the beach where it could be dangerous, she brought the beach into her house.
via: Tik Tok"How?" I hear you ask. Well, the trick was to buy boxes of Cheerios and a blender and voila, you have your very own edible sand.
Even though this is known as (safe) "sensory play", a lot of parents didn't know about it.
via: Tik TokI mean, it's simply genius!
And Twitter just couldn't get enough of the magical creation.
