“Thank you to his mom and dad for raising a boy that turned into a wonderful man that likes to give and help others. He’s one you tuber I have always allowed my son to watch. Way to go Mr beast people are so proud and thankful for your generosity,” added another.

Fans also realized how much the fact of generosity cost.

And it blew peoples’ minds even more.

“Bro is the real goat… imagine actually helping people,” one fan gushed.

“More people could do as he did… instead they are busy judging him for doing good,” another pointed out.

However, there were certain naysayers about the video.,

But MrBeast tackled the critique head on.

The surgeon who worked with MrBeast on the famous video also opened up.

Revealing that he almost didn’t take part!

The infamous YouTube video showed him curing 1,000 people of their blindness.

And this hasn’t been Beast’s only achievement …

He had already been named the richest YouTube creator by Forbes

And he’s also recently become the most subscribed YouTube channel, beating out Pewdiepie.

MrBeast, whose real name is Jimmy Donaldson, is never one to mince his words.

Especially when it comes to money.

On an episode of the Full Send Podcast, he gave his opinion on TikTok…

  via Shutterstock

Including his prediction for the app.

MrBeast was asked if TikTok would eventually take over his beloved YouTube…

  via Getty Images

He explained: “I thought the same but YouTube Shorts, they’ve really taken some huge strides.”

The reason? Money, of course!

  via Shutterstock

“So starting in January, if you get like, hypothetically, a billion views on TikTok, whatever that is, that’s like $1,000. A billion views over here on YouTube? I mean, that could literally make you like $100,000,” MrBeast said.

The host then asked: “Is TikTok going to adapt to that, you think?”

  via Shutterstock

To which MrBeast replied: “Yeah, I think they’re going to be forced to.”

He was also asked what he thought this meant for the biggest TikTok stars.

  via Getty Images

“Charli [D’Amelio], Addison [Rae] – all these people, if they can just literally do what they’re doing but over on YouTube and make a bag off of shorts and then on top of that, that boosts long form which makes even more money, you’re gonna be crazy to be a TikTok first content creator,” MrBeast said.

The YouTuber admitted that he sees a mass migration to YouTube Shorts in the future.

  via Shutterstock

Where they will be able to, “‘gain subs, get more views on your long-form, and make f****** money.”

“You really think TikTok over here printing tens of billions of dollars is just overnight going to go, ‘You know what? Half of these tens of billions, we’re just gonna give it away.’

  via Getty Images

“All I’m saying is, once this Partner Program kicks into effect on Shorts, I think you’re gonna see a lot of big TikTokers coming over here,” he said.

And it’s clear MrBeast is enjoying the spoils of YouTube content creation…

He recently revealed a shocking income source to the world…

He has been paid $250,000 in the past for personalized videos for billionaire’s kids!

  via Getty Images

Now that’s got to be the easiest money ever, right?

According to Forbes, the twenty-four-year-old earned USD $54 million in 2021, with his net worth currently being USD $25 million.

Beast then hit another huge milestone…

MrBeast is officially the most subscribed YouTuber ever!

  via Getty Images

He has overtaken the previous titleholder, PewDiePie, and has 111 million subscribers and counting!

And MrBeast’s latest video shows he wants to give back.

  via Getty Images

In the video, he explains that for many blind people, a simple procedure can help restore their sight.

The problem?

  via Shutterstock

Not everyone can afford this expensive treatment.

But MrBeast can!

  via Shutterstock

“Half of all the blindness in the world is people who need a 10-minute surgery,” a doctor explains in the video.

“If you’re wondering how the surgery allows people to see again, it’s because the lens in their eyes is so cloudy that they can’t see through it.”

  via Shutterstock

“So the surgeon uses a tiny vacuum to suck up the clouded lens. And replace it with an artificial one. The surgery is that simple! They can see again.”

In the emotional video, 1,000 people have their sight restored through this procedure.

  via Shutterstock

One man said, “I can see everybody’s faces now – a little blurry with my tears coming out.”

One fan has done the calculations as to exactly how much this all cost MrBeast.

  via Shutterstock

First caveating that the sum depends “on several factors such as location, type of procedure, insurance coverage and surgeon experience.”

“Assuming an average cost of $5,000 per eye, the cost of curing 1,000 people’s blindness would be $5 million,” they revealed.

  via Shutterstock

Though, “this estimate is rough and can vary greatly depending on the specific circumstances of each patient. It is best to consult with healthcare providers and insurance companies for more accurate cost estimates.”

However, some people took umbrage with the concept of the video.

  via Shutterstock

One stated: “It’s deeply frustrating to have to rely on a benevolent content king making feel-good videos, rather than addressing the root causes of these problems.”

Another added : “You are not, & will never be, the last rich person to use their wealth to also buy them social capital, while demanding your position grants you to be worshipped by uncritical impoverished people.

  via Shutterstock

“You’re not special, you’re literally textbook rich white man with a god complex.”

However, MrBeast addressed the controversy.

  via Shutterstock

He said: “Twitter – Rich people should help others with their money. Me – Okay, I’ll use my money to help people and I promise to give away all my money before I die. Every single penny. Twitter – MrBeast bad.”

The surgeon who collaborated with MrBeast also revealed BTS secrets from the video.

  via Shutterstock

Including that it almost didn’t happen!

Dr. Levenson admitted: “I had never heard of MrBeast so, I almost hung up. But I gratefully did not hang up.”

  via Shutterstock

We bet the participants are glad, too!

And in spite of the controversy, MrBeast certainly hit an impressive milestone.

  via Getty Images

He shared a statistic on Twitter which is making people lose their minds.

He posted: “Our Youtube channel has reached 616,000,000 different people in the last 90 days.

  via Shutterstock

“Almost 10% of the world.”

Now that’s incredible.

MrBeast also recently revealed a brand new ambition.

  via Shutterstock

He wants to be the CEO of YouTube!

He responded to a Tweet saying “YouTube CEO Susan Wojcicki is stepping down.”

  via Shutterstock

Best replied: “Can I be CEO?”

MrBeast is looking to the future.

  via Getty Images

He has revealed on the Lex Fridman podcast that he has videos scheduled for after he dies!

The YouTuber said: “There are some that are scheduled like 20 years in the future, and so, if I don’t die, I’ll just move ’em up.

  via Getty Images

“And I remember… ‘Cause I filmed these though like seven years ago, but it was… I remember saying a line like, ‘If I’m dead, then I’m currently just in a coffin’, and like whatever, blah, blah.

“Because the only way the video would go up is if I’m not alive.

  via Shutterstock

“And if I’m not alive, then I won’t be able to push back the scheduled upload dates so it’ll go public automatically.

“And so, yeah, I have a couple of those.”

  via Shutterstock

He also revealed he would not give up YouTube even in the face of death!

He added: “If I knew I was gonna die of cancer or something, and I had like three months to live, I would vlog every day.

  via Shutterstock

“I’d film so many videos, and then I would just schedule upload a video a week for the next five years, so it’s like I’m still alive, and I would completely act like I’m still alive and everything, and I think something like that would be cool.

“I don’t know why but I’ve fantasized… Not fantasized, but I’ve dreamt about that a lot.”

  via Shutterstock

And that’s not the only futuristic venture of MrBeast!

In the same Lex Fridman interview, he revealed he has “clones.”

  via Getty Images

MrBeast explained: “I have a lot of people in the company who are able to think like me and basically make decisions like I would make.

It’s not quite as high-tech as it sounds – rather, MrBeast has trained people to think and behave exactly as he would!

  via Shutterstock

“One example is Tyler [Conklin]. Basically for four or five years we just spent an absurd amount of time together and worked on every single video together… and the same thing with my CEO James, he lived with me for a couple of years.

“I’m a big fan of finding people who are just super obsessed and all in that really just want to be great, and then just dumping everything I have in them.”

  via Shutterstock

He explains: “For two years, he lived with me and we probably talked, on average of those two years, seven hours a day… like really, just training his brain to think like me.

“That way, he could just do things without my input, without me having to constantly watch over him or give him advice.

  via Getty Images

“So for the first six months, he didn’t do anything. He just studied me and studied everything I cared about and how I spoke.

“For the next six months he started taking on some responsibilities and now he can just run the company and I don’t ever really have to check in on him.

  via Shutterstock

“Like, most of the decisions he makes are exactly what I would do. I call that cloning, I don’t know that other people would.”

He concluded: “It just makes it where I don’t have to be so involved in everything because I just have these people I know will think like I will. So I can kind of almost be in multiple places at once, per se.

MrBeast was soon back in a spot of bother.

In a viral TikTok, he “tipped” a waitress a brand new car.

  via Shutterstock

But the generous act has everyone saying the same thing.

One wrote: “MrBeast you can do better than that. Why wrap it like that? I’ve seen you give away plenty non branded stuff.”

  via Getty Images

Another agreed: “Love MrBeast but he gave her a car with an ad on it ahahaha.”

Because the gifted car was emblazoned with an ad for MrBeast’s brand.

Take a look at the controversial video here.

And this week, MrBeast has opened up about his love life.

  via Shutterstock

He revealed he has to put women, “through these tests, because like, I don’t, I don’t really get along with women.”

“There’s just certain things where if you have these traits we’ll get along really well, and if you don’t, it’s impossible for us to hang out… So I had to put her through the ringer and start asking questions.”

  via Getty Images

He went on: “If I meet a girl that’s like beautiful and we have these 10 traits, like, we’re gonna be literally best friends, right?”

“This was probably the 40th different girl I had talked to since my ex,” he said.

We’re glad he’s found love with Thea Booysen!
