Nancy Pelosi's iconic choice of outfit during both impeachments. You're going to want to see these photos, folks.

I mean, after a long and illustrious career, you would expect this woman to know all the power moves.

At the age of forty-seven, she was encouraged to run for congresswoman by another female politician and managed to secure the seat. She was sworn in with her father beside her side in what has been described as a "touching" moment.

As a member of the House, she stood up for what she believed in.

While others shied away from topics that were regarded as "controversial" at the time, Pelosi took control of them, becoming an advocate for LGBTQ rights and the AIDS crisis.

Not only that, but she was also one of the creators of the 1994 assault-weapons ban...

And she was backed by other prominent politicians at the time, including Rep. Chuck Schumer.

But it was in 2002 when she had her biggest breakthrough.

After Dick Gephardt stepped down as minority leader, Pelosi took on the role, becoming the first woman to ever lead a party in Congress.

Now, at the ripe age of eighty, she has one of the most illustrious careers in U.S history.

But, while she was a trailblazer back in the day, these days it seems as though she's losing her popularity.

No matter what she does though, there's always one thing that remains consistent.

Her powerful outfits.
