I know we're currently in the middle of a pandemic and with most borders around the world closed, it is pretty difficult to be living your best life right now. But no worries, by 2021, hopefully, things will be looking a lot better and just in time too. "Why?" I hear you ask. Because a new geothermal lagoon is opening in Iceland and the photographs look incredible.

But there is one place that is on all of our bucket lists... And that's Europe.

These are the treasures we're really talking about. Read on to discover some hidden gems that you may want to add to your travel list including an incredible new location in Iceland...

Firstly, we have Prague, Czech Republic.

Prague is home to the world's oldest working clock, which dates back to 1410 - making it over 600 years old. And once you’ve spent the day exploring the old city and all of its wonderful architecture, why not sit back and enjoy some Czech beer?

And you can't do a tour of Europe without checking out Amsterdam.

The capital city of the Netherlands is a maze of tall narrow houses and one of the most elaborate canal systems in the world. There’s an endless amount of things to do and see in Amsterdam, with aspects of culture to be discovered down every little street.

Then we have Barcelona.

Barcelona’s got it all. The sun, the culture, the architecture, the skating community... Whether you’ve got a skateboard or not, Barcelona is a city where you won’t need to rely on public transport because it is easily transportable on foot. We love it!

Belfast, Northern Ireland is also a great spot in Europe.

Ancient ruins, architectural excellence and a rich cultural thread that means that Rome is a city that will never not be popular with global tourists.

A bit of a wildcard over here but nonetheless a worthy addition to this list. Cornwall, located in the South West of the United Kingdom, is home to beautiful unspoilt beaches, crisp clear sea and the infamous Cornish pasty. What's not to love?

Onto another Eastern European city: Budapest. The capital of Hungary, Budapest is known for its colorful architecture, colorful history, and colorful nightlife. It’s hard not to have a good time when visiting this European city.

You can spend your days and nights relaxing in the lagoons as well as absorbing the sights of the location. We love a place that can cater for all kinds of vacationers.

And now the country has decided to spice things up a little bit more.

On Thursday, a company Pursuit announced its plans to expand its collection of travel experiences with a gorgeous geothermal lagoon adventure.

Sky Lagoon, will be located in Kársnes Harbour, Kópavogur.

Just a few minutes from Reykjavik, the area will boast incredible sights of the Atlantic Ocean, as well as stunning sunsets and even views of the Northern Lights. And yes, the rumors are true: It will also consist of a swim-up bar. Its modern but traditional design embraces what Iceland is about. The lagoon will also feature a cold pool, sauna, in-lagoon bar, dining, and shopping. Sounds amazing, right? Well, wait until you see the pictures.

As per the website, the new location as been described as "magical."

"Immerse yourself in warmth at our oceanside geothermal lagoon. The dramatic northern ocean stretches out before you."

It continues:

Can you think of anything more beautiful?

This experience will be available to customers in 2021.
