Now, if you’re not aware, Sudeikis and Wilde called off their engagement back in November 2020, after being together for almost 7 years.

And although sources revealed back then there was “no drama or scandal” for their breakup, reports now suggest her ex has been biting his nails over the actress’ alleged affair with Styles.

It all started when Wilde and Styles hit it off on the movie set months after her split from Sudeikis.

Although the duo was spotted by the paparazzi together, neither she nor the singer has publicly commented on the romance, until now.

“I’m not going to say anything about it because I’ve never seen a relationship benefit from being dragged into the public arena,” Wilde told Variety.

“We both go out of our way to protect our relationship; I think it’s out of the experience, but also just out of deep love,” she confessed.

The former actress also revealed her ex had “no prior knowledge” about the onstage ambush, labeling his move to take legal action as a “vicious” attack.

“It was my workplace. In any other workplace, it would be seen as an attack. It was really upsetting. It shouldn’t have been able to happen. There was a huge breach in security, which is really scary.

“The hurdles that you had to jump through to get into that room with several badges, plus special COVID tests that had to be taken days in advance, which gave you wristbands that were necessary to gain access to the event — this was something that required forethought,” she continued.

“To try to sabotage that was really vicious. But I had a job to do; I’m not easily distracted,” she continued. “But, you know, sadly, it was not something that was entirely surprising to me. I mean, there’s a reason I left that relationship.”

And she didn’t stop just there as she confessed that it’s her children with Sudeikis who will suffer from the discord because “they’ll have to see that, and they shouldn’t ever have to know that happened.”

Wilde even called out the double standard of how women are treated in the media, which unfairly celebrates a man as a “f*****g hero” for simply being a parent.

“When people see me not with my kids, it’s always ‘How dare she’. I’ve never seen anyone say that about a guy,” she added.

The actress-turned-director also revealed how her privacy has been violated…

“The last two years, my family has gone through this kind of restructuring and a revolution that should be a totally personal experience.

“And it’s not. The most painful element of it has been women shaming me for making a decision that was for my own health and happiness,” Wilde concluded.

And now, a former nanny has revealed another side of the story…

According to Page Six, Sudeikis became distressed when Wilde tried to leave to see now-boyfriend Harry Styles with a salad and her “special dressing.”

“The night she left with her salad, Sudeikis had chased after her, videotaping her in the house,” the nanny told the Daily Mail

“She was saying: ‘I’m scared of you, Jason, I’m scared of you.’ And he said: ‘If you’re scared of me, why are you leaving your kids with me?

“So then, Jason went outside and lay under her car so she wouldn’t leave. She got in her car to back up, he lay under her car so she wouldn’t leave,” they said.

The nanny then claimed Wilde got out of the car and back inside where Sudeikis met her.

“He said he was doing it on purpose to make her late going to see Harry,” the nanny claimed. “Jason told me: ‘She made this salad and she made her special dressing and she’s leaving with her salad to have dinner with [Harry].’”

Reportedly, she had made a “special salad dressing” for Sudeikis and their kids, Otis, 8, and Daisy, 5…

But the nanny recalled: “Out of everything, he was like, ‘She made her special salad dressing and took it to him.’”

A source told Page Six, that the Horrible Bosses actor was “heartbroken” at the time of the alleged incident.

The former couple has since denied this story…

“As parents, it is incredibly upsetting to learn that a former nanny of our two young children would choose to make such false and scurrilous accusations about us publicly,” they told Page Six.

“Her now 18-month-long campaign of harassing us, as well as loved ones, close friends, and colleagues, has reached its unfortunate apex. We will continue to focus on raising and protecting our children with the sincere hope that she will now choose to leave our family alone,” they finished.
