Paris Hilton has opened up about her controversial portrayal on South Park.
Saying the episode made her “sick.”
Scroll on for what she had to say…
Paris Hilton is the original influencer.
Paris, who is now forty-one, is perhaps the person to thank for the generation of social media influencers and she has been a fashion icon for years now.
And she’s really managed to make a name for herself.
Well, let’s rewind to the late ’90s when Paris was just nineteen-years-old.
It all started there…
Everyone knows her by her name as her great-grandfather founded the Hilton hotel chain, meaning her family is considerably wealthy.
Her career started off very early when she signed a modeling contract.
Signing with Donald Trump’s modeling agency, T Management gave her the exposure that she wanted and needed.
However, she wasn’t going to limit herself to just modeling…
Paris’ big breakthrough came in 2003 when she co-starred in the reality series The Simple Life with co-socialite Nicole Richie.
It was a pretty interesting watch, to say the least.
And their dim yet hilarious outlook on life built the show a huge fan base.
The show became a global success, plunging the young woman even more into the limelight.
And even when The Simple Life came to an end in 2006 after Paris and Nicole very publicly fell out, she continued to rise to fame.
Paris also delved into the world of “proper acting.”
But she never starred in anything big enough to define her as a serious actress.
Not to mention her stabs in the music industry… Yikes.
She has released 1 album and has worked as a DJ at big events over the years.
But what she’s best known for is being a socialite.
And Paris would spend the majority of her time in Beverly Hills with A-listers and millionaires… living her best life pretty much. But she also has become a staple part of “creating” other socialites.
Paris walked so people like Kim Kardashian could run.
Kim actually worked as Paris’ closet organizer for a few years, and when Paris publicly fell out with Nicole Richie, Kim stepped in as her temporary “BFF.”
Yeah, this actually happened…
And even though the women have had their ups and downs, Kim will be the first to admit this fact.
On an episode of KUWTK, Kim said, “I really would wanna do anything for her… She literally gave me a career, and I totally acknowledge that.”
However, these days, Paris is in the limelight for a whole other reason… Her love life.
Paris’ love life has become a hot topic after she got engaged… For the 4th time.
Previously, she has been engaged to Jason Shaw, Paris Latsis, and, most recently, her ex-fiance Chris Zylka.
But now, she feels as if she’s found her soulmate. You know what they say, 4th time lucky.
The social media influencer announced her engagement to Carter Reum back in February 2021…
And they officially walked down the aisle, in what has been described as a classic Bel-Air wedding, just months later in November.
Opening up to PEOPLE at the time, Paris shared that she “can’t wait to grow our family.”
Adding: “I feel like Carter and I are puzzle pieces getting connected. I never thought I’d meet a man like him, who loves me for Paris and not Paris Hilton. He’s going to be the best husband — and the best dad.”
Paris shared more about her plans for the future…
Revealing exactly when she wants to start a family.
“I’m getting tons of messages of people asking me when I’m having a baby,” she wrote on Instagram this Wednesday.
Then she got real…
“My husband and I always wanted to enjoy our first year of marriage together as a couple and we we’re [sic] always planning on starting our family in 2023,” she continued.
Paris also revealed that she has been doing IVF and that the whole process is a “journey,” but that she has “lots of healthy embryos ready and waiting to be part of [her] Cutesy Crew.”
She concluded, “I have an extremely busy work and travel schedule but nothing gets me more excited than becoming a mom in 2023!”
We can’t wait for more baby updates!
The pair has been celebrating their 1 year anniversary in style.
Paris shared photos of their romantic getaway to Waldorf Astoria Maldives Ithaafushi on her Instagram page.
“I’ve been all over the world and stayed at the most beautiful places,” she wrote in the caption.
“But I’ve never seen anything like the @IthaafushiPrivateIsland at @WaldorfAstoriaMaldives.”
Paris added: “This private island is truly Paradise on Earth! So beautiful, romantic and relaxing here! Feels like a dream! I feel so lucky and blessed to be here with my love celebrating our anniversary.”
Some of the photos featured showed the pair hitting the beach in their stylish swimwear.
As well as snaps of the pair dressed up for date night, where Paris could be seen wearing a gorgeous flowy dress in white lace and a purple floral print.
As for her husband, he was in a white dress shirt and black cuffed chino pants.

Paris’s mom Kathy then opened up about her daughter’s pregnancy struggles.
“I know she is trying and trying,” she told E! News.
“So many people, they struggle and it doesn’t just happen like that.”
Adding that she “always” tells Paris to “relax.”
But this week, Paris has hit headlines for commenting on the infamous 2004 South Park episode about her.
It was called “Stupid Spoiled Wh**e Video Playset,” and featured a wonky-eyed Hilton and her suicidal puppy.
In her upcoming memoir, Paris writes: “The poster featured my face and the tagline: ‘Watch Paris die!’ I didn’t mind that marketing approach, and I wasn’t naïve about why they chose it.
“I’m the title character, but they also apply that epithet to Britney Spears, Christina Aguilera, Tara Reid, and all the little girls who were fans, which upset me more than anything ugly they could say about me.
“It also upsets me that the episode graphically portrays Tinkerbell being shot and killed.
“The thought of that made me sick. I’ve been involved in some pretty edgy media, but I don’t even know where something like that comes from.”
