In his untimely death, Paul left behind his daughter, Meadow, who was only fifteen years old at the time.

Meadow Walker, who is now twenty-one, lost her dad too soon.

But he is evidently in her thoughts regularly, as she frequently shares heartwarming photos of the pair together before his death.

It is truly heartbreaking to see.

But Meadow is evidently eager to continue working for things Paul was passionate about, such as ocean-clean-up methods and animal rescue.

In 2015, only 2 years after his death, Meadow launched the Paul Walker Foundation, a charity campaign with the simple mission to "do good."

She explained: "Reflecting on my father, I found myself reflecting on his passions. His passion for the ocean, his passion for rescuing animals, his passion for helping people and his passion for spontaneous goodwill. I wanted to start this foundation because I want to share that piece of him with the world. I want to share that part of him with others."

This week, Meadow reunited with her dad's Fast and Furious co-star Vin Diesel's kids.

Pauline, 5, and Similce, twelve, and Vincent, ten, posed alongside Meadow in the snap.

The picture is adorable.

"family, forever," Meadow wrote. We're not crying, you're crying.

The comments were filled with love.
