But, out of all the illusions, sleeping cats are by far the most puzzling.

 Dozing felines are the masters of disguise, and people have spent many hours scratching their heads as to where a cat could be snoozing. Can you find the kitty in this photo? It might take you a few minutes... Or a few hours...

But this week, a photograph of a snoozing cat went viral...

Because people just can't find it. 

The cats owner, Kate Hinds, shared a photo of her cluttered bookshelf onto Twitter...

With the simple caption, "Today in find the cat."

Twitter users were completely baffled as to where the cat could be sleeping.

Though some people with children were grateful for half an hour of quiet the picture allowed them.

Thousands of people studied the picture ferociously...

But they had no luck, though they did spot several amusing objects on the shelves in the process.

People were stumped...

So Kate eventually gave in and pointed out her sneaky cat.

It was behind the TV the entire time!

Her cat had somehow wedged itself behind the television set on the shelf for a cheeky snooze... And its paws were adorably sticking out from underneath.

Understandably, people were perplexed at the cat's choice of napping spot...
