And it all sounds rather serious.

She’s explained it’s due to a medical emergency.

So keep reading for all the details …

Now, Pink is not a woman to be messed with.

Born Alecia Beth Moore in Doylestown, Pennsylvania in 1979, the forty-three-year-old has become one of the best-known feminist music icons of our decade.

The singer first rose to fame in the girl-group Choice in 1995, when she was just sixteen.

But record producers quickly saw her potential for solo stardom and they wasted no time in snatching her right up.

And from then on she was a pop icon…

The album, titled Can’t Take Me Home, was certified double-platinum in the U.S. It included 2 top-ten hits, ‘There You Go’ and ‘Most Girls’.

Since then, she has gone on to achieve huge career successes.

Pink has sold over ninety million records worldwide, making her one of the best-selling musical acts of all time.

And she is pretty head strong…

  via Getty Images

She isn’t one to sit quietly if she disagrees with something, as has been overtly critical of issues such as celebrity culture, misogyny, animal cruelty, and homophobia.

Her numerous hairstyles and outfit choices over the years have certainly outlined her daring attitude!

She first captured press attention as a result of her wild and wacky outfits, including her eponymous “pink” hair.

This incredible style was for the 2004 MTV Video Music Awards, and it remains just as iconic to this day.

She’s made some bold choices throughout her career…

And even though some of them were rather questionable, Pink totally owned it.

But now it seems Pink has settled for a more toned-down look…

And especially now that Pink is a mom to her 2 young children, Willow and Jameson Moon, she seems to have transformed her appearance into something more natural.

But it appears Pink’s fashion has rubbed off on her daughter, Willow…

As it would with anyone with a mom this cool.

Willow has tried out her own fair share of hairstyles…

  via Getty Images

Pink’s husband, Carey Hart, shared a photo of Willow undergoing her own hair transformation in 2019 as she got one side of her head shaved.

And fans loved his adorable post…

He captioned it: “Loving my punk rock daughter. Remember everyone, fly your own flag. There is no box to be put in. It’s better to be your own self. Own it, and love it. And if anyone has a problem with it, tell them (politely) to move on. Can’t wait to see the woman you grow up to be.”

Pink even spoke of her daughter’s insecurities in 2017 and how she, as a mom, dealt with it.

In her MTV VMA’s speech, she told the audience, “Recently, I was driving my daughter to school and she said to me, out of the blue, ‘Mama?’ I said, ‘Yes, baby?’ She said, ‘I’m the ugliest girl I know.'”

“‘And I said, “Huh?’ And she was like, ‘Yeah, I look like a boy with long hair.’ And my brain went to, ‘Oh my god, you’re 6. Why? Where is this coming from? Who said this? Can I kick a 6-year-old’s a**, like what?”

She explained how she approached the sensitive topic with Willow…

  via Getty Images

“I didn’t say anything. Instead, I went home and I made a Powerpoint presentation for her. And in that presentation were androgynous rockstars and artists that live their truth, are probably made fun of every day of their life, and carry on, wave their flag and inspire the rest of us,” she said. “And these are artists like Michael Jackson and David Bowie and Freddie Mercury and Annie Lennox and Prince and Janis Joplin and George Michael, Elton John, so many artists — her eyes glazed over.”

So the star tried a different approach…

“But then I said, ‘You know, I really want to know why you feel this way about yourself.’ And she said, ‘Well I look like a boy,’ and I said, ‘Well what do you think I look like?’ And she said, ‘Well you’re beautiful.’ “And I was like, Well, thanks! But when people make fun of me, that’s what they use. They say I look like a boy or I’m too masculine or I have too many opinions, my body is too strong.”

She is clearly an amazing mom…

But that doesn’t mean it is easy…

Pink has opened up about how she finds being a mom “overwhelming.”

I think we can all agree it gets like that at times.

Pink spoke about parenting while discussing her partnership with the Calm app with People.

She revealed that she gets “overwhelmed all the time” by motherhood and cries “in my closet a lot.”

“Here’s the problem when you don’t have boundaries in your house — I’ll go in the shower and have a full out loud conversation with myself and I’ll turn around and Willow’s been standing there staring at me the entire time.”

Pink joked that she needs “more locks” in her house as she tries “to explain to my children that me going to the bathroom is not an invitation for a family meeting.”

“I get overwhelmed all the time,” Pink continued. “I am an extrovert.”

“I process out loud and my daughter is an introvert and I don’t know what she’s thinking half the time.”

The singer also added that “the community and the village that we have” is something she uses “to check in with her as much as I can.”

  via Getty Images

“I know that sometimes I’m going to learn more about my daughter from my friend who their daughter plays together and that’s okay.”

Parenting can be difficult!

And so can relationships.

The singer has been candid about her marriage to husband, Carey Hart too.

  via Getty Images

Revealing that things haven’t been easy for them at times. In fact, they’ve spilt up twice during their relationship, but have managed to come back together with work.

Pink has listed marriage counseling as the biggest factor in helping them overcome their problems.

She took to Instagram to share more about her counseling on a live with her therapist Vanessa Inn.

“I got a lot of s**t for telling people that Carey and I have been in couples counseling with Vanessa,” Pink said before the interview.

  via Getty Images

“It’s the only reason that we’re still together,” she explained. “Because you know, I think partners after a long time, we just speak — I can’t say it’s a man and woman thing, I think it’s a partner thing, a spouse thing — that you just speak two different languages.”

“Without Vanessa translating for me for the last 18 years, I mean, we would not be together,” the singer revealed.

  via Getty Images

“We just wouldn’t because we are not taught as kids how to have relationships, how to get along with people,” she added. “I mean, what’s happening in our country right now is a perfect example of that. We don’t know how to love each other, we don’t know how to get along, we don’t know how to communicate.”

Pink has opened up about her parenting in the past…

During a recent appearance on KTU 103.5 FM, Pink opened up about their daughter, Willow.

  via Getty Images

“My kids don’t have a phone,” Pink revealed.

“And my daughter is the only 11-year-old in her class that doesn’t have one!”

  via Getty Images

“It’s hard. A lot of my friends have their kids on TikTok, and I don’t.”

“I told Willow, ‘That just doesn’t move my needle. They’re not my kids. You’re my kid.'”

  via Getty Images

“I told her, point blank, ‘If you can produce literature from a reputable source that tells me that social media is good for you, then you can be on it. Otherwise, good luck’,” she said.

Pink added: “She could be a lawyer, she could literally pass the bar. She’s always right.”

Pink has also been a part of another viral moment.

While performing at American Express Presents BST Hyde Park shows in London, a fan tossed their mom’s ashes onto the stage.

  via Getty Images

“This is your moms?” she asked.

“I don’t know how to feel about this.”

  via Getty Images

Later adding: “I have to say that was a first.”

After she kicked off her Trustfall Tour in the US on Oct. 12.

However, she’s announced that her shows in Tacoma, Washington, on Wednesday and Thursday will be postponed.

She took to Instagram to share the sad news.

“Family medical issues require our immediate attention.”

“I send everyone my sincerest apologies for any inconvenience this has caused,” she wrote.

“I am sending nothing but love and health to all.”

Representatives for Pink have not yet elaborated on what the emergency is.

Our thoughts are with the family.
