Pippa, thirty-seven, and forty-five-year-old hedgefund billionaire James married in 2017...

Together they own a £17 million ($23 million) home in London, and are also parents to 2-year-old son Arthur.

The news comes just 2 weeks after mom Carole Middleton confirmed her daughter was pregnant in an interview...

"I hope to see more of my family than I could last year, including, of course, my new grandchild," she revealed.

Pippa was last seen on a walk around London on Friday...

And looked ready to pop!

Rumors of Pippa's pregnancy began shortly before Christmas...

When Page Six reported the couple were expecting.

It was a source close to Kate's sister that blew the whistle on Pippa's pregnancy, saying:

"Pippa and James are thrilled, it's fantastic news amid a difficult year. The entire family is delighted."

Pippa prefers to keep a low profile and has not yet commented on her pregnancy...

But the Dutchess is bound to be delighted by the news, especially after the difficulties surrounding Prince Harry and Meghan Markle's bombshell Oprah interview.

It has been reported that the baby weighed 6lbs 7oz.

But it's her reported name that has everyone's attention, as it appears to honor the Queen...

The couple have reportedly named her, Grace Elizabeth Jane Matthews.

Seemingly a subtle acknowledgement of the family's royal ties.

And a nod to her grandmothers, Carole Elizabeth Middleton and Jane Matthews.

We wish them all the best!
