But would you pay almost a million dollars for a house that doesn't look like it's been touched in years?According to the official description, this build is a "sleeping beauty."

Sleeping? Agreed. Beauty? Not so much. They have also noted that it will need a "full refurbishment."

But for 780,000 dollars, you would expect it to be more or less completed. But everything from the living room to all 3 bedrooms will need ripping apart and replaced.Even the bathroom doesn't look like it could have any potential if I'm being completely honest.
I'll let you have a look for yourselves...As per the description, this is an old-style "unmodernized, 1930s built house." Yeah, we can tell.
The kitchen is like a blast from the past with the lay-out and the applications.

And even though it might be situated in a decent location... Is it worth splashing another half a million dollars to renovate it?
