Pregnant Stassi Schroeder Says Her Baby Girl Has a 'Hole in Her Heart' | 22 Words

Stassi Schroeder recently revealed that her baby has been diagnosed with a "hole in her heart."

Even though it has been a frightening time for her and her fiance, she has received some good news from the doctors... Finally! Given all the controversies surrounding her in the past few months.

It has been a turbulent time for Stassi Schroeder.

From the news of her pregnancy to all the controversies surrounding her former job role on Vanderpump Rules, she's been on one hell of a rollercoaster ride.

But the news about the condition of her baby has distracted from everything else though.

And thankfully we have some warmth amongst the heartbreak.

But let's try and understand the entire picture...

For those who don't know, Nastassia "Stassi" Bianca Schroeder is an American television personality, podcast host, fashion blogger, model, and author.

She is best known for her role in the reality show Vanderpump Rules.

The 2013 series was developed as a spin-off to The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills and followed  Lisa Vanderpump and the staff at her restaurant SUR in West Hollywood, California.

The show has so far aired 8 seasons...

With the latest season hitting screens back in January this year.

But Stassi had been appearing on screen way before this...

In 2005, she appeared as a contestant on the reality game show The Amazing Race along with her family, and just 3 years later, while in school she was on the television series Queen Bees.

Stassi has also ventured into the lucrative world of modeling.

And despite it being a notoriously competitive industry, she actually had some success - appearing in magazines like Vanity Fair, 944, and Us Weekly.

Stassi is also very popular on social media - boasting an impressive 2 million followers on Instagram alone.

But she's riled up a lot of fans recently, as extremely problematic podcast episodes began to surface of her.

It all began a few weeks ago...

The star came under fire over her treatment of former co-star Faith Stowers during a 2018 guest podcast.

Faith spoke out last week during an Instagram Live chat about some of the behavior she was subject to as the only black cast member on the show.

And it seems that Stassi was a huge player in this.

Faith revealed that Stassi and Kristen Doute called the police on her...

Claiming she was the perpetrator in a news story about a black woman drugging and robbing people. "They thought it was me because it was a black woman with a weave," she said. "They just assumed it would be me and they called the cops on me."

But it seems this wasn't an isolated incident.

And more problematic behavior has since surfaced.

This time, the clip was from a previous episode of her podcast.

While discussing the #OscarsSoWhite controversy in March of 2017 on her podcast, she complained about black people "b**ching" about not getting nominated. Yep, really...

She went on to say how she is "sick" of people trying to make "everything" about race.

"I'm like, really sick of everyone making everything about race, I'm kind of over it." That's easy for some people to say when their whole lives don't revolve around the color of their skin.

She continued:

She acknowledged she was "one person whose not allowed to say that, because I’m a white, privileged, blonde 28-year old," but said that because she has a podcast, she is allowed her opinion. She should have stopped there but of course not. Why would she?

She added this:

"But like, everyone giving their impassioned speeches about race and all of that stuff, I'm like, 'Why is it always just about African Americans?'"

And again, she didn't stop there...

"Like why aren't the Asians like: 'We're not represented.' Why aren't -- like I dunno, like -- Native Americans and Latinos not like 'We're not represented.' Why is it always just 'that'?" "And then when they [black people] get upset, everybody has to go above and beyond to then make them happy."

She claimed black people weren't missing out on nominations because of their skin color...

"Maybe you weren't nominated because you didn't do that great of a job in your movie. "Like it's not about race. It's literally like not about what you look like at all. It's like your acting ability, so like, what the actual f**k." Wow.

But did she forget that she jumped on the "Black Lives Matter" train, posting multiple videos supporting the cause?

Was that all for show?

As soon as the clip resurfaced, people were outraged at the star.

And many branded her comments as completely tone-deaf and racist.

The entire episode in question has since been deleted...

And following on from her treatment of co-star Faith and the problematic podcast clips, Stassi was dropped from partnerships with razor brand Billie and Ritual vitamins and there are also reports that she has been dropped from her agency and publicist.

Then Stassi publically spoke out about her comments.

The star penned an Instagram post a few days ago addressing her behavior - which she admitted were "racially insensitive."

She began by saying it was important for her to take accountability for her actions.

She also apologized to Faith specifically but that didn't save her spot on TV as she was fired as were other members of the clan who also boasted about racist comments in the past.

So there's all that and now news about a different "hell on earth" has surfaced.

The former pregnant reality star revealed that her baby girl has a "hole in her heart" while she was showing everyone the new nursery in her home.

She said this:

"After I bought this, we discovered she has a hole in her heart, and it was the worst week of our lives waiting to find out just how serious it was. After a week of actual hell on earth, the doctors said it's incredibly small and should heal on its own. This piece of art means so much more now." That's some good news for the family.

She announced her baby news in June just days after Bravo announced that she would not be returning to Vanderpump Rules.

Three other members, Max Boyens, Brett Caprioni, and Kristen Doute were also fired from the show because of alleged racist comments they posted on their social media platforms.

Stassi Schroeder told Tamron Hall that she's trying to be a "better person" now.

"I’ve been a part of the problem for years now. And I recognize that and that’s why I say, I don’t feel like I’m a victim of cancel culture. People want me to be mad at it and I’m not. I needed it. I needed that." Let's hope she sticks to her word. In the mean time, read about another celebrity we never expected to have posted racist comments...
