This comes as the 2 week mourning period has officially ended...
After the death of Prince Philip on April 9.
The news of Philip's death was announced in a statement by the royal family.
Followed by details of his funeral arrangements...

And people were left utterly distraught over the picture.

Replacing the couple's photo with a picture of her on her own.
The Queen, Prince Charles, and the Duchess of Cambridge initially changed their pictures on Instagram and Twitter to black and white images.
But now the 2 week mourning period has ended the Queen has changed her picture once again.
Before his death, the Queen used a photo of her with Philip in the background.
Now, it's a solo picture of her which was taken last year.
The royal team has created a highlights section filled with tweets honoring Philip's life...
During the mourning period, the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge also changed their photo to one of Philip.
However, they have now returned to their previous picture...

Meghan Markle and Prince Harry have also updated their Archewell website, where they posted a tribute to Philip.
During the mourning period, they removed everything other than Harry's tribute from the website.
They have now gone back to normal, although have kept the tribute at the top of their site.
