It seems that nobody is safe in endorsing President Trump right now…
And it’s safe to say that people are starting to vent their frustrations out on one another when it comes to who to vote for.
And rapper 50 Cent has certainly been ruffling some feathers with his hot and cold attitude toward President Trump.
50 Cent has decided to go in on fellow rapper, Lil’ Wayne, after he spoke about endorsing Donald Trump. You really can’t make these things up…
So, of course, Trump is trying to salvage the little reputation he has left.
It seems that he has some serious competition from his Democratic rival, Joe Biden – although Trump probably wouldn’t admit that himself.
But it has been powering on ahead… Despite many major setbacks.
And things took an ultimate turn for the worst when at the start of October, the president and the first lady, Melania, tested positive for COVID-19.
Trump insisted that they immediately went into self-isolation together and that they felt fine, but after just a few days, he was hospitalized at Walter Reed National Military Centre.
He was discharged just a few days later and insisted to the nation that all we need to do is to “learn to live with COVID”, which was very concerning to hear.
And even though his positive test resulted in the second presidential debate being called off, Trump and Biden have been equally battling for voters over the last few weeks.
So it hasn’t been surprising to see Trump attempting to salvage that last bit of respect from potential voters.
But there is someone who appears to have been won over by Trump’s efforts…
Rapper 50 Cent has appeared to endorse Trump on social media by urging his followers to vote for the president in the upcoming election.
Reactions came in very strong, despite being mixed.
With many praising him for not trying to appear “politically correct.”
And it’s this plan that appears to have turned 50 Cent’s head.
“F**k New York. The Knicks never win anyway,” he added, referencing the city’s basketball team.
He then concluded the post by saying: “I don’t care Trump doesn’t like black people, sixty-two percent are you out of ya f**king mind.”
But it didn’t take long for the rapper to sit down and asked himself that very question, before making a sudden U-turn in his political advances.
In the interview, Handler criticized 50 Cent’s statements, telling Fallon:
“[50 Cent] shouldn’t be influencing an entire swath of people who may listen to him because he’s worried about his own personal pocketbook.”
“So I haven’t heard back from him yet, but I am willing to, you know, seal the deal in more ways than one if he changes his mind and publicly denounces Donald Trump. I might be willing to go for another spin… if you know what I’m talking about.”
And he decided to retweet it with an unexpected comment.
“F*** Donald Trump, I never liked him. for all I know he had me set up and had my friend Angel Fernandez killed but that’s history. LOL.”
It seems that now, 50 Cent really doesn’t like Trump…
And he’s gone on to demonstrate this by attacking those who have been endorsing him.
“Just had a great meeting with @realdonaldtrump, @potus, besides what he’s done so far with criminal reform, the platinum plan is going to give the community real ownership. He listened to what we had to say today and assured he will and can get it done,” he wrote, alongside a smiley snap of him and the president.
And he believes it will “give the community real ownership.”
And one of those people is 50 Cent, of course!
“Oh no… WAYNE, I WOULD HAVE NEVER TOOK THIS PICTURE.”
Make sure to stay posted for upcoming election updates.
