And Lystra Adams from The Real Housewives of Cheshire, who appeared in the finale.

So far the first season has been a hit, with many sharing their favorite parts on social media…

“Who is watching the real housewives of Dubai reunion right now?!?! It’s about to get wild!” one fan tweeted.

During the season 1 reunion on August 31, Stanbury found herself having to explain her husband’s actions.

It all started when Andy Cohen read a tweet given in by a fan, which contained the viral text.

Lesa Milan was quick to respond, saying: “Oh, the racist tweets?”

The post was allegedly from 2016 and featured a racial expletive, seemingly tweeted by Carrallo.

Caroline Brooks shared that she had spoken to Carrallo privately as soon as she saw the tweet had gone viral…

Brooks recalled: “That morning when I saw it when it surfaced, Caroline called me first — furious, pissed — then I got on the phone with him because he was really upset.”

“Here’s the deal, that word is unacceptable,” Brooks continued.

“Sergio then explained to me he’s never even heard that word before. I explained to him how problematic that is, as did Caroline, and I think he got a good enough lashing from everybody around him for that.”

She continued: “He was very apologetic. He didn’t apologize publicly but he was apologetic.”

But it seems, after some digging into the tweet by a “tech team” hired by Sara Al Madani, it turns out Carrallo might not have written the offensive tweet after all.

“They investigated everything,” she explained…

“And it wasn’t attached to his Instagram. Somebody used his Twitter to promote an R&B nightclub because he was famous back then. He said someone else wrote it to promote it.”

Stanbury added that before they even started filming for the show, she highlighted that Carrallo had never been on TV before, so was unaware of the intense public backlash he could face…

“Before you start something like this—he’s never been on TV like this or in the public eye like that—just check everything,” she said.

“And obviously he hadn’t gone that far back,” she continued, “but he apologized to whoever he thought he should. Sergio is the least racist person.”
