WWE further stated that the wrestler will “not appear on Friday Night SmackDown” this coming week.

But what exactly happened?

According to reports, Rousey was participating at the SummerSlam event in Nashville on Saturday when she lost the women’s title match against Liv Morgan…

But it didn’t go down too well with the 35-year-old champ, who took the matter into her own hands.

She expressed that referee Dan Engler had apparently “failed to notice Morgan tapping out in the immediate aftermath of the match,” which further aggravated Rousey.

A video of the incident shows Rousey grabbing the referee by the arm and flipping him over her shoulder onto the ring’s floor.

And from there she pinned him down until another official tried to stop the squabble.

A WWE broadcaster even predicted that Rousey would get a fine for her unexpected behavior.

“Rousey’s going to be fined or perhaps worse,” the broadcaster speculated.

And yes, the broadcaster was right.

But it was Rousey’s next move that got people talking…

On Monday, the professional wrestler called out WWE for their decision to suspend her as well as posting photos from the match with Morgan…

“Hey @wwe if you guys could stop screwing me to put over your golden girls at every major ppv that’d be greaaaaaat,” Rousey wrote.

And hours later, the wrestling star retweeted a Twitter post from WWE television host Greg Miller, who surprisingly accused Morgan of “taking advantage of the situation and retained it by being a cheating coward.

“@RondaRousey deserves justice. #SummerSlam @wwe,” Miller wrote.

What do you think, was it fair?
