In July 2013, Prince George Alexander Louis of Cambridge was born. Kate emerged from St. Mary’s hospital in London in a blue polka dot dress, which many saw as a fitting tribute to Princess Diana, who wore a similar spotty attire herself some thirty-one years earlier.
Then, just 2 years later, Kate fell pregnant again…
Princess Charlotte Elizabeth Diana was born in May 2015.
And just 3 years later, Prince Louis Arthur Charles was born in April 2018.
Princess Charlotte became the first female royal to retain her claim to the throne, despite having a younger brother.
Before the Succession to the Crown Act 2013, the birth of a son meant that he would leap over any older daughters in the line of succession.
But, now that Princess Charlotte hasn’t been ruled out by gender, Prince Louis remains in line to the throne behind her brother George.
It’s clear to see that William and Kate really are paving the path to a more modern monarchy.
And fans of the Royal Family seem to be on board with it.

As royal photographer James Swannell has offered some heavy criticism of her family photos.
Kate has published photos over the years to mark significant occasions, such as the birthdays of her 3 children.
But Swannell has slammed Kate and said she is denying others the opportunity to make their name…
“All the work I got with the royals really elevated my career; nowadays, someone like me just won’t have the chance.
“Those chances should be given to young English photographers,” Swannell said.
“In some ways, though, Kate is probably right to do it herself.
“She’s not a great photographer, but she just snaps away, and with kids it’s easier if you know them,” he said.
