You can still find hamburgers on most every McDonald’s menu in the world, but the company also caters to local cultures and tastes by offering some items that are very different than we see here in the states.

A chicken patty that you cover in spices, then shake in the bag, then eat. The spices come in lemon, pepper, or cheese.
It may be a Latin-American delicacy, but South Koreans like them so much that Mickey D’s put them on the menu.
