Serial Killer Gives Bizarre Answer After Being Asked Why She Killed Seven Men

A chilling clip has resurfaced showing the moment serial killer Aileen Wuornos admits to killing 7 men, before giving a bizarre reason as to why she did it.

Sex worker Wuornos shot and killed 7 men between 1989 and 1990, before being arrested in 1991. At trial she claimed that she acted in self-defense, saying all the men she killed had r*ped her or attempted to r*pe her, but she was convicted of six 1st degree murders and sentenced to death.

Peter Abraham Siems’ body was never found, and she wasn’t charged with his death.

But before her death in 2002, Wuornos took part in 2 Nick Broomfield documentaries Aileen Wuornos: The Selling of a Serial Killer and Aileen: Life and Death of a Serial Killer and it was during filming for these that she was asked what drove her to kill the men she killed.

The response was shocking…

“You killed 7 men,” Nick said. Aileen then smiles, nods, get’s comfortable, and replies: “Sure did.”

She’d lost all remorse if she had any in the first place that is!

“I’m asking you what got you to kill the 7 men?” Nick responds. “And I’m telling you, it was because the cops let me keep killing them, Nick. Don’t you get it?” she fired back.

In the video, you can see Wuornos getting visibly frustrated with Nick as she tells him: “You are lost, Nick. I was a hitch-hiking hooker, running into trouble, I shoot the guy if I ran into trouble, physical trouble,” she said.

She continued: “You don’t take human life like this and just sabotage and rip it apart like Jesus on the cross.”

Nick admitted to The Independent that: “We became oddly close. Her end was so tragic. She thought her mind was being controlled by some kind of communication device within the prison.

“She was just totally paranoid and hearing voices and was scheduled for execution. It seemed to me, on that level alone, completely inhumane.”

“I’ve been trying to tell the truth, and I keep getting stepped on,” she said.

Wuornos already had a criminal history before she made her kills, many of which included stealing and selling things in a pawnshop.

Wuornos met her girlfriend Tyria Moore while cruising through Florida’s bike bars and they eventually became two peas in a pod. But by 1990, Moore became suspicious of Wurnous’ activities and she moved in with her family instead, just before Wurnous’ arrest.

Moore did know about 1 of her girlfriend’s kills, however, and she herself told her but refused to listen to any more information about anything else after that.

One thing that did break Wurnous was Moore agreeing to an immunity deal with the police and she was able to get her girlfriend to confess in exchange for the deal.

And eventually, on October 9th, 2002, Aileen Wuornos was executed for her crimes.
