In the past few days Shia LaBeouf has been accused of sexual battery, assault, and infliction of emotional distress after his ex, FKA twigs, sued the famous actor.

Now singer, Sia, has also spoke out claiming LaBeouf hurt her too and forced her into an 'adulterous relationship'.

Keep scrolling to see what exactly was said.

Shia LaBeouf is one of the biggest actors of our times.

The California-born actor is best known for his roles in movies such as Holes (2003), the Transformers trilogy (2007-2011), and Fury (2014).

But for some reason...

The actor often finds himself caught up in controversy.

Take earlier this year, for example...

Shia presented the award for the category Best Live-Action Short at The Oscars alongside his co-star, Zack Gottsagen, who has Down’s Syndrome.

For those who haven't seen The Peanut Butter Falcon...

It centers around a man with Down’s Syndrome (Zack) who, with the help of his friend (Shia), attempts to pursue a career as a wrestler.

All went well with the presenting...

But the internet was not happy when Shia was seen to smile when Zack stumbled on his lines.

Shia's smile caused people to question his patience with Zack...

And many interpreted it as a cruel gesture towards his co-star.

But in reality.

Many fans rushed to the actor's defense and they reminded others that Shia only accepted the opportunity to present at the Oscars on the condition that Zack could do it alongside him.

This was a case of a simple misunderstanding...

And Shia was only smiling while experiencing the moment of a lifetime with his friend.

The actor also isn't one to deny his past...

And a few years ago, Shia opened up about a turbulent time in his life that involved violence and addictions.

He issued this apology after he was arrested for drunk and disorderly behavior...

And even though many fans were left disgusted by his behavior, there were also many who appreciated his honesty and how he took responsibility for his actions.

And earlier this year.

The actor was yet again slammed by fans for another Hollywood venture.

The actor landed a role in The Tax Collector.

He plays the starring role as Creeper according to IMDB: "A "tax collector" for a crime lord finds his family's safety compromised when his boss's old rival shows up in LA and upends his business."

Sounds promising, right?

Well, it turns out that fans have a problem with the way Shia looks in this new role.

Fans are confused by the way he looks as Creeper...

And they feel that it doesn't look like Shia, at all.

The actor was accused of taking on a Latino role...

And because he is a white man, fans aren't impressed with this interpretation... nor are they impressed with director David Ayer's response to the accusations.

The director was called out for using "brownface" in his movie...

And many feel that using Shia for a Latino role was unnecessary when there are so many Latino actors out there.

A vast majority of people on Twitter spoke out about how Shia's role isn't portraying cultural appropriation.

The director spoke out for himself...

And he confirmed that Shia's role is very specific and not at all brownface.

Well, it seems that the problems started way before Shia started his acting career.

In fact, his tragic childhood has also caught the internet's attention.

The actor's parents were both artists.

"My dad and my mom were both artists who never found an audience for their artwork," he's explained.

"And so I lived in poverty."

"Now that I'm not poor, I know that is what it was."

"I look back at that stuff and I'm grateful."

"It's like scars, you become proud of them."

However while just weeks ago Shia was being praised on the internet.

Reports which emerged in the past few days are truly horrific.

Shia's ex girlfriend FKA twigs is suing him.

For sexual battery, assault and infliction of emotional distress.

Now, Australian singer Sia has spoken out in support of FKA twigs.

Sia took to Twitter to call out LaBeouf who called a 'pathological liar'.

More specifically she wrote:

I too have been hurt emotionally by Shia, a pathological liar, who conned me into an adulterous relationship claiming to be single.

"I believe he's very sick and have compassion for him AND his victims."

Just know, if you love yourself- stay safe, stay away.

Sia added that she loves FKA twigs.

In a separate tweet, she wrote:

Praising @FKAtwigs for being open. Also I love you. This is very courageous and I'm very proud of you.

Until now, it had never been made public that Sia and LaBeouf had dated or when the two were in a relationship.

In an email to the New York Times, LaBeouf wrote:

I'm not in any position to tell anyone how my behavior made them feel. I have no excuses for my alcoholism or aggression, only rationalizations. I have been abusive to myself and everyone around me for years. I have a history of hurting the people closest to me. I'm ashamed of that history and am sorry to those I hurt. There is nothing else I can really say.
