We all know by now that the much-loved Hawaiian actor, Jason Momoa, isn't afraid of calling people out when they seem to be forgetting that we're trying to sort our carbon footprint. And the latest celebrity to be in the hot seat of Momoa's wrath was none other than Chris Pratt, who was slammed for drinking water from a plastic bottle.

However, in a rather awkward twist of events, someone has found an incriminating photograph of Momoa himself...

This one's going to hurt - Keep scrolling to see the photo, and what the actor has had to say on the matter...

Jason Momoa is a Hawaiian-American actor.

Born in 1979, in Honolulu, Hawaii, the six-foot-four actor has only recently become a household name.

In spite of his Hawaiian heritage, Momoa was primarily raised in Iowa.

And many don't know that, before he started out as an actor, Momoa actually studied both marine biology and wildlife biology - proving that he's more than just a pretty face.

One of his first bigger roles was on Stargate: Atlantis.

The sci-fi military hybrid was actually fairly successful. Momoa starred as Ronon Dex, to much critical acclaim.

But there's really only one role that could be deemed Momoa's big break.

In 2011, Momoa was cast in the first series of a relatively small fantasy show called Game of Thrones.

And, as we all know, it absolutely blew up.

Game of Thrones became far more successful than anyone could have ever imagined. And Momoa's character, Khal Drogo, quickly became a fan favorite.

He had some pretty badass moments.

As the leading warrior in the savage Dothraki tribe, Momoa was, unsurprisingly, pretty violent. In one particularly memorable scene, Drogo brutally murdered Viserys Targaryen by pouring molten gold onto his head.

But Khal Drogo met a particularly tragic end.

He was injured during a battle and that injury became infected. In order to save his life, Daenerys was forced to sacrifice her unborn son to a witch. But the Drogo that came back was alive in name only. He was without any consciousness and Daenerys was forced to euthanize him.

In spite of his early departure, Momoa is still a fan-fave in the Game of Thrones canon.

And since the show, his career has really taken off. He first appeared as DC superhero, Aquaman, in 2016's Batman v Superman - and Aquaman was so beloved that he went on to star in his own solo movie in 2018.

Aquaman was also a part of 2017's Justice League.

The character was so well liked that in 2018, the DC Universe decided that it was time for a solo film. Aquaman was a massive success.

Early in 2019, it was revealed that the movie had earned a coveted spot in the billion-dollar superhero club.

Many were surprised that the film did this well, considering the fact that, in the comics, Aquaman is often considered to be a bit of a joke. People were also thrilled to see a superhero played by a person of color.

Since the success of Aquaman, Momoa has gone from strength to strength.

He had a starring role in the 2018 Canadian action movie, Braven, to commercial and critical success.

But Momoa is a man of many talents.

He's also dipped his toe into the world of film-making. Earlier this year, he created a short film in collaboration with clothing brand, Carhartt, called Canvas Of My Life. The movie tells the story of Momoa's experience of fatherhood.

And Momoa has an equally exciting personal life.

In 2005, Momoa met actress, Lisa Bonet, and the pair began a relationship. Although there were reports that the 2 had married in 2007, they actually didn't end up tying the knot until 2017 and the internet has been in love with them ever since.

He's also known to be an advocate for animal rights.

Previously, Momoa has spoken out against animal cruelty. A few months ago, when a video of two fishermen chopping the fins of Greenland sharks surfaced, he couldn't help but call them out.

"What is wrong with humans?"

In a very emotional caption, he wrote this: "WTF. F**k these a**holes I’m so f**king upset. What is wrong with humans I would give anything to catch these idiots F**K. Please repost to get these f**kers."

And it's safe to say that he did raise enough awareness on the issue.

The 2 men were caught and arrested, and the debate around commercial fishing was also brought up., in order to make regulations stricter so people like them can't abuse it. No one can escape the Momoa wrath!

And the latest victim of a slightly nicer message is fellow Hollywood hunk, Chris Pratt.

We all know celebs are known to put the occasional sponsored ad out there on their socials. However, Chris Pratt didn't expect this reply off of his friend.

Rather than focusing on his body like most others were, Momoa noticed something else...

The plastic bottle in his hand.

I know what you're all thinking, it's just a plastic bottle.

But remember, we're out here trying to save the planet and single-use plastic is one of the main killers, polluting our seas and murdering our wildlife.

So obviously, Jason didn't take too well to it...

The comment read: "Bro I love u but wtf on the water bottle. No single-use plastic. Come on."

And you can bet your ass the comment sparked some outrage amongst Pratt fans.

They took to Twitter to express their opinions and yes, some of them were just as savage as Momoa's... Keep scrolling to see how he responded to all these haters.

One user wrote this:

"I mean, I'm sure he would avoid taking a private jet if he cares so much about the environment, right? Bit of a low blow..."

And this user shared a similar opinion:

"Let's see you produce that film then if those are your requirements."

But then, things got real juicy...

via: Twitter

Because one Twitter user shared this photo of Jason... Who appears to be sipping from a very plastic water bottle.

And this one...

Jason seems to be a guilty plastic culprit himself... Busted!

Obviously, the jokes came flooding in...

"I mean, if Aquaman isn't in charge of water, then who is???"

And due to the backlash, Momoa was forced to address the situation.

After the comment sparked global outrage, Jason took to his own Instagram to make his feelings clear.

He addressed Pratt clearly:

He wrote this in a picture with Chris and his children: "BRO you know my children and I are madly in love with you and I love everything you do..."

"I’m sorry this was received so badly today I didn’t mean for that to happen," he continued.

"I’m just very passionate about this single-use plastic epidemic. The plastic water bottles have to stop I hope u make a reusable water bottle for amazon so we all can purchase."

He also added this in there:

"You’re an inspiration to many I’m one of them. I’ll send you a case of MANANALU. All my Aloha, Da Momoa’s."
