Just because your dad is a multi-billionaire...

It doesn't mean you have to live exclusively off your family's fortune.

And that's exactly what Speilberg's daughter, Mikaela believes.

The twenty-three-year-old was adopted at birth by Spielberg and Capshaw in 1996.

And this week she has revealed that she's carving out a new career for herself...

Mikaela revealed the news to The Sun newspaper this week.

"I got really tired of not being able to capitalize on my body and frankly, I got really tired of being told to hate my body," she revealed.

She says that ner new career choice "feels good."

"And I also just got tired of working day to day in a way that wasn't satisfying my soul. I feel like doing this kind of work, I'm able to 'satisfy' other people, but that feels good because it's not in a way that makes me feel violated." She also confessed that she didn't want to be "dependent" on her parents because it didn't feel "comfortable" for her.

She's even come up with a new name for herself.

She signed off one of her Instagram posts with  "mika the chonky pixie."

She is currently only focusing on solo content.

"The reason I don't want to do anything outside of solo stuff is because I feel like it would be a violation of my boundaries and my relationship with my significant other," she said. Instead, she wants to focus on solo videos under the stage name Sugar Star.

After the news broke, she quickly took to Instagram to tell fans how they can access her content.

"Just a couple of notes: Since payment platforms don't allow you to pay for content via their TOS I always accept tips for interactions and just because (anything outside of photos and videos.)" "Also if I don't get back to you it's because RIP my inbox. Also when you interact be sure to confirm your age for my own protection."

According to her Instagram, she is also setting up an OnlyFans page.

But there's an even bigger reason why she is heading down this career path.

The twenty-three-year-old has opened up about her difficult past.

According to Insider, she revealed she had been sexually abused by "predators" growing up. She didn't give specific details but said these men were not friends or anyone from her family. The abuse led to several mental health problems, she said, including anorexia, borderline personality disorder, and alcoholism.

Mikaela said many of her problems began when she was sent away to boarding school.

"I was really out of control from about the age of 11 years old, even to up to two years ago," she explained. "So that out of control-ness only stopped pretty recently. When I was 21, I used to drink every day and that went on for like two years until I almost died a couple of times."

She made it clear that she doesn't blame her parents at all.

While they did send her to boarding school, she said they "couldn't have known" and weren't to blame.

Mikaela also revealed how her parents reacted to her new career in the adult industry.

And their reaction is pretty shocking...

She told her parents via FaceTime.

And she explained to The Sun her parents were "intrigued" but "not upset" when she broke the news to them.

I bet you're all wondering why she decided to venture down this path, right?

Well, it may all be pretty simple. She said she hopes to continue the filmmaking legacy created by her dad. It's just falls under a different genre to the ones we're used to from her father.

For now, she's waiting for her sex worker license is approved by the State of Tennessee.

She already did some work for a website but has since has them removed until she is legally approved.

Good on her! As long as she's happy, that's the main thing.
