The news gets more upsetting as fans find out more tragic details surrounding the singer's death.

Reports have stated that Dee was involved in a car accident that ended her life.

As she approached the exit of Highway 360, it is believed that she missed the turn by a split second and ended up striking a barrier.

This led to the vehicle rolling onto its side before hiting a sign.

Sargent Scott Peterson of Euless Police has said that the impact actually ejected Dee's body from the car and out onto the road. He also added that she was not wearing a seatbelt at the time of the incident.

‚ÄčThere was also a man sat in the passenger seat who survived the crash and authorities have put this down to the fact that he was wearing his belt.

The man, who is not being identified, suffered a broken toe and was pretty shaken up but was later released from hospital after being treated.

The most tragic part of this is the fact that the police have said that alcohol might be a possible factor in the cause of the crash.
