Patrick Mahomes, Travis Kelce, and the rest of their squad got a win over the San Fransisco 49ers in Las Vegas on Sunday.
Now, the Chiefs have repeated as NFL champions after winning it all last year, and in the 2019 season.
This marks Kansas City’s fourth trip to the Super Bowl over the last five years after playing in the past six AFC championship games.
Travis Kelce’s big night
Travis Kelce definitely didn’t have his best game on Sunday, but he still had a lot to celebrate.
The tight end finished the prior game with 11 catches for 116 yards, breaking Jerry Rice’s record for catches in postseason history.
As friends and family rushed onto the field to celebrate with the players, one star was instantly spotted rushing to be with her man: Taylor Swift.
Cameras caught Swift and Kelce’s romantic on-field moment after the victory as they embraced with big smiles on both of their faces.

In January, she accessorized at the AFC Championship with a necklace from Andrews’ BaubleBar collab, which was stamped with the team’s logo.

The tight end was also spotted throwing the symbol to a section of Bills booers during warmups.
While it’s not an uncommon gesture, the heart hands symbol has often been associated with Swift, who has used it since high school.
“The heart-hand symbol means something between ‘I love you’ and ‘thank you,’” she explained to the New York Times in 2011.
She continued, “It’s just a sweet, simple message that you can deliver without saying a word.”
Early on in her career, Taylor was playing at a festival when she had the impulse to hold her hands above her head and send a heart out to the crowd.
The fans in the audience started cheering loudly and immediately returned the symbol, signifying an important moment for the singer.
“When the moment is just right and the crowd is screaming louder than any sound I ever imagined I’d hear, I just want to tell them I love them over and over, but sometimes the simplest thing to do is to make a sign with your hands,” she added.
During the game, Swift was in the box with Kelce’s family, including his brother, Philadelphia Eagles star Jason Kelce.
She was also spotted chatting to Jason’s wife, Kylie Kelce, laughing while talking to the woman who could be her future sister-in-law.
Earlier this week, a source told PEOPLE that “everybody loves” Kylie–which now seems to include Taylor.
