How can someone still look this young?

But it turns out, he does have one rather simple secret to his eternal youth…

He revealed that he simply takes care of his skin and general health.

“I’m not one for tanning. I used to be, back when I was rocking the Depeche Mode look. Honestly, I wear sunscreen not to prevent wrinkles but because I don’t want to get skin cancer,” he said.

“I started training and eating like an athlete: no sugar, no alcohol, just proteins, and vegetables. I really loved it,” he told AARP.

“It was a complete change of life that took me by surprise. I did not think living such a healthy lifestyle would be as fulfilling.”

Rudd also joked that he’s “80 years old on the inside.”

“In here, pure darkness – and a little moisturizer,” he quipped.

But now, Rudd has attracted fans attention for an entirely different reason.

And it’s all to do with a look-alike.

An animal shelter in Tennessee has called on Rudd to adopt a dog that shares an uncanny resemblance to the actor.
