These three scents are going to make a lot of appearances on this list, so let’s name them right up front: peppermint, spearmint & lavender. This blend is a little bit different in that it doesn’t have any lavender. It relies on peppermint, cardamom, ginger, and fennel. Not everyone loves the lavender smell, so it’s great to have a different option that still works wonders for headaches. This may also just be personal preference, but I love the amber colored bottle for my essential oils. Plus it also works on general aches and pains.
Go hard or go home
If straight essential oils aren’t enough for you, this roll on lavender Aspercreme will absolutely take care of you because it also has lidocaine to numb your pain. It gives a serious kick in the pants to major headaches that are resisting anything else.
I don’t like to use this one all the time, but for major headaches it’s perfect.

Look I’m thirty now and that apparently means that my entire body aches 90% of the time.
