Baby Yoda’s real name has been revealed and it has plunged Twitter into a full-blown meltdown…

You’ll probably know who Baby Yoda is.

Ever since he popped up in Disney’s Star Wars spin-off series, The Mandalorian, the world simply can’t get enough.

The baby version of the iconic character is one of the most adorable things we’ve ever seen.

The real Yoda died in Return of the Jedi, at about nine-hundred years old, so while it may not seem it, fifty is pretty much newborn for this unknown species.

It’s been the highlight of The Mandalorian for many.

Soon after the show dropped, people flocked to Twitter to announce how they literally cannot live without the adorable little creature.

The little guy has won over the hearts of Star Wars fans far and wide.

Baby Yoda quickly became one of 2019’s biggest memes.

And his cute little face began popping up from all corners of the internet.

Yep, really. The fifty-year-old green baby managed to race ahead of the likes of baby Archie, according to Google’s ‘Year in Search 2019’.

Which, of course, has pretty much sold out everywhere.

But, those that tuned into the latest episode of The Mandalorian had quite a shock.

During Friday’s episode of the hit show, Din Djarin and The Child, aka Baby Yoda, traveled to the forest planet Corvus to find Jedi Ahsoka Tano.

Baby Yoda’s real name was revealed.

Fans were less than impressed with the reveal.
