These Clothes Under $35 From Amazon Look SO Good On And We Have The Receipts To Prove It

Gather ’round, doubters, I’m about to show you that Amazon is so much more than someplace to grab a last-minute gift or find that book you’ve heard about. The online behemoth has been in the clothing business since 2002 — nearly a full 20 years. They purchased Zappos seven years later, making them a “shoe”-in for the sneaker-sandal-and-high-heel game. (See what I did there? It’s actually spelled “shoo-in,” but I digress.)

The best part about Amazon’s clothing section is the prices. No, wait, the Prime shipping. Ah, maybe it’s the variety. Can it be all three? It’s definitely all three. I’ve had great luck buying everything from snuggly sweaters to beach coverups to maxi dresses perfect for family photos. And, you’ll see from the images below I’m not alone. So many people are cashing in on great wardrobe pieces. But don’t take my word for it…peep these receipts!

We hope you find these handy products as awesome as we do. Just an FYI: We participate in affiliate programs and may get a share of the revenue from your purchase.

Find A Place For This Lovely Lace Top

  via Amazon / LeAndra Kessinger

There’s never a wrong time for lace, and this loose blouse does several things well. It’s available in myriad colors and sizes, for starters, and then there’s the flowy bell sleeves and button-down styling. Did I mention the lace? The sheer pattern across the top gives it a sexy feel, but its boho vibe means it can be as easily dressed down as dressed up.

Keep Your Buns Toasty In These Lined Leggings

  via Amazon / marina

I’m in Florida, and it’s cold here, so I know those of you not in the Southeast have to be freezing your cheeks off. You don’t have to give up your legging love in the colder months; just change the way you wear them. These fleece-lined leggings are perfect for trudging to the gym on a cold morning … or thinking about how you should be going to the gym while you’re sitting on your couch.

Button Up This Dress Deal

  via Amazon / MikaNicole

I absolutely love to throw on a dress for running errands around town, and this tunic-style dress with fun side accent buttons is right up my alley. I know what you’re thinking, “It’s too cold to put on a dress where I live.” Au contraire! This dress is just made for a pair of leggings and sassy booties. Grab it in one of the numerous solids or several fun florals.

A Comfy Sweatshirt To Beat All Comfy Sweatshirts

  via Amazon / Jessica

I purchased this top in December before this article was even conceived of, but I knew as soon as I got the nod to do a piece of Amazon fashion finds that this absolutely had to be included. It’s a sweatshirt, but not. A lightweight top (with pockets!) that will work for a quick trip to the store or a lazy day around the house. I’m so fond of it that I bought a second while writing this article for you.

It’s A Blanket, It’s A Wrap, It’s A Scarf

  via Amazon / Sara P.

The versatility of this piece will absolutely blow your mind. I first bought it simply because I loved the color combination — earthy and wintry, without being too holiday-ish. I quickly discovered it is crazy versatile. You can wear it as a scarf, fashion it as a shawl (with or without a belt) or simply use it to cover up at the movies.

I Promise You Don’t Have To Run To Wear These Joggers

  via Amazon / dest

I don’t run, OK? And, if you ever see me running, you should probably run, too. However, I do love a good pair of joggers, and this option from Amazon Essentials has more than 10,000 reviews to vouch for it. A pair in black is a no-brainer, but the burgundy is super sharp, and you can’t beat a good leopard or camo print either.

Overall, These Overalls Are A Must-Buy

  via Amazon / Lacey Emry

Overalls seem to go in and out of style more quickly than stirrup pants and scrunchies combined. So, I don’t know whether they’re “in” or “out,” and I don’t care. What I care about is the cuteness factor and comfortability and this pair has both in spades. It is available in black or two different shades of blue and looks extra cute with the hems rolled up a bit.

Jump For Joy Over This Cult-Favorite Jumpsuit

  via Amazon / Nina Cates

I’m not a jumpsuit person … or, at least, I wasn’t until this version came along. Priced at less than $30 in a variety of shades, from khaki to wine red, it truly is flattering on every body type. I chose this one for its long-sleeved design with a slightly off-shoulder look. Now all you have to worry about is trying to go to the restroom while wearing it.

Three Cheers For This Waffle-Knit Top

  via Amazon / Reba Faye

The pictures of this soft waffle-knit top on Amazon don’t do it justice, but the customer photos? Now that’s where it’s at. The knotted hem adds a bit of visual appeal to the front, and the wide array of colors and patterns make it both the ultimate layering piece or a great standalone option. At $20, you won’t be sorry.

What Goes With This Colorblock Tunic? Everything.

  via Amazon / Maren

Fast-forward if you don’t love leopard print … but, if you don’t, we need to have a serious conversation. This color block tunic incorporates just a touch of leopard in combination with stripes and a host of solid color choices. If you don’t love all-over patterns, this is the perfect solution. I’m fond of this in the coffee and yellow shades.

Peep This Cardi, B

  via Amazon / Virginia ellen

The cardigan may well be my favorite wardrobe staple of all time … and I’m not making that up. I probably have 15 or 20 hanging out in my closet right now. This striped number goes with all the things and comes in several color combinations. Throw it on with a pair of jeans or over a pair of shorts on a cool evening to look effortlessly pulled together.

This Plaid-Hoodie Mashup Will Be Your New Weekend Fave

  via Amazon / K.M.

When was the last time you threw on a plaid shirt and thought, “If only this were a hoodie?” Never? O.K., work with me here. This plaid hoodie shirt will give you all the laidback fall flannel vibes with the added bonus of a drawstring hood when you need a bit more warmth. No matter what color plaid you favor, this link has an option for you.

The Best Basic Tee On The Block

  via Amazon / Amazon Customer

Usually, calling something “basic” is a slam. Not so with this basic tee in every color of the rainbow. I refuse to pay exorbitant prices for tees because they have a tiny pony or a tiny alligator on them. No, sir. No, ma’am. I’m perfectly happy with soft basics like this one that runs between $10 and $20 per piece. If you’re feeling crazy, go for the tie-dye variety or the option with the leopard pocket.

This Denim Skirt Is Tres Chic

  via Amazon / Beth

A denim skirt is a must-have staple simply because it goes with so many things. Wear it casual with a graphic tee or dress it up with a classy sweater or top; the choice is yours. And, while you’re choosing, consider this option with spandex built-in. It gives it a touch of stretchiness. I love the length, too, which is classy at any age.

Stay Warm With This Sherpa Jacket

  via Amazon / Georgia Arnold

This polar fleece-lined sherpa jacket is the perfect finishing touch to a wintry outfit and looks great as a fashionable layering piece. While sherpa jackets from “big-name” retailers can go for $100 or more, you won’t break the bank on this one at around 30 bucks. The blush shade is especially lovely, while the buffalo plaid screams “campfires and s’mores.”

The Hottest Tank On Amazon

  via Amazon / Vin W.

C’mon now, just look at that picture. It’s black, silky, strappy, and lacy — the final four of sex appeal. This is the perfect starter for an evening of going out with a chic blazer or even a denim shirt. Reviewers love the tank’s stretchiness and deep V, which perfectly accentuates all of your assets. Aiming to be the showstopper? This is THE one.

Put Some Pep-lum In Your Step

  via Amazon / Liz bopp

It took me a minute to embrace the peplum crazy, but now I’m fully onboard the peplum bandwagon. And why not? The design is inherently flattering, covering up “flaws” around the stomach, hips, and waist. This version has a high-low hem with just the right amount of stretch. I’m eyeing that navy stripe for spring and summer, paired with chic white jeans.

This Three-Pack Of Tanks Will Get You Through So Many Workouts

  via Amazon / Jessica Bishop

Anytime I see reviews numbering in five figures, I sit up and take notice. That’s exactly what I found with these tank tops, billed as the perfect option for running, yoga, and other forms of exercise. What’s even better about this option is that when you click “Add to Cart,” you’re getting three tanks instead of just one. That works out to about five bucks apiece. If you find a better deal anywhere else, you better take it.

Earn Your Stripes With This Cheery Sweater

  via Amazon / Steph Holmberg

Even living in Florida, my favorite season might just be sweater season. There’s just something about throwing one on when there’s a bit of a chill in the air that warms my heart (and my upper half). This striped option can go with so much and give you numerous options to find just the right footwear. Purple- and green-toned options offer an interesting take on a monochromatic look.

Your Crew Will Love This Crew

  via Amazon / Nataliya

Crew neck kind of gal? I dipped into Amazon’s own clothing line for this lightweight cable crewneck piece. Amazon’s personal shoppers call this a “classic staple that will never go out of style.” Wear it alone or pair it with a blazer for a preppy look. It’s also a great piece to utilize the Prime Wardrobe feature, which allows you to “try before you buy” on some styles and colors for up to a week. What do you have to lose?

Top It Off With A Chic Chambray Shirt

  via Amazon / Meiah Shaun

I know what you’re thinking: “Where do I buy that skirt?!” Unfortunately, I don’t have any leads for you on that, but I do love the pairing of this colorful skirt with a form-fitting denim shirt. This one is touted as being soft and breathable (important) while also versatile. Try it with your own jaw-dropping skirt or pair it with jeans for an easy look.

You’ll Die Over This Inexpensive Tie-dye Tee

  via Amazon / Danielle Lee

Has the tie-dye craze finished yet? No? Good, because I’m nowhere near over it, especially after discovering this casual top available in multiple tie-dye patterns. You can go with a sunshiny yellow, a precious pink or a bright blue. If you’re less of a pattern gal, it’s also available in numerous solids, from a coral to a deep green. More than 12,000 reviewers have weighed in on this one, so you’re in good hands.

Show Your Stripes With A Classic Sweatshirt

  via Amazon / Denise C.

Ready … set … hut! This selection gives me all the college gameday vibes. Available in short sleeves or long, this lightweight top would make an excellent addition to your Saturday routine. Wear it as-is in your team’s primary color or, pro tip, use it as the base to make your own fan creation with embroidery or a Cricut transformation. Tuck it into jeans or wear it over leggings.

A Skirt So “Mini” Of You Should Try

  via Amazon / Amazon Customer

Made of faux suede, this A-line mini skirt with pockets has so much potential. Try it with leggings and a chunky sweater for a great fall look, or add a look-at-me top and heels for a night on the town. I love the wide range of colors available, from gray to wine, in sizes up to XL. The button-front adds a nice detail, but you’ll have no problem shimmying into it with a zip-close on the back.

You’ll Always Be “On” In This Off-The-Shoulder Tunic

  via Amazon / Hannah Parker

I have a thing for off-the-shoulder tops. With just a peek of skin or a lacy undergarment, it oozes sex appeal without trying too hard. This oversized tunic has a lot of interesting features, including batwing sleeves, a boat neck, and a loose fit. Some variations of it are as low as $8. The product description suggests ordering down a half-size if you don’t love the oversized look.

Maxi or Midi This Chic Polka Dot Skirt

  via Amazon / Jessie

This wardrobe item is almost like a “choose your own adventure” pick because, based on your height and selected size, you can transform this skirt from midi length to maxi length and back again. This pick also features a high waist and everyone’s favorite skirt accessory: Pockets. I’ve never loved polka dots as much as I do in this skirt’s style.

The Best Vest From All The Rest

  via Amazon / Jen S.

No list would be complete without at least one vest, so if you’re a vest lover, this top is for you. Not only does this vest come in a variety of plaid styles, but it also has a darling draped open front. Add a belt (or don’t) or pair it with a coordinating top (remember those waffle knit tops earlier?). The red is classic, but both green and coffee make a run for my fave.

Tie An Outfit Together With This Denim Jacket

  via Amazon / MrsAshleyBrooke

We’ve had a couple of denim pieces already, so why not throw a jacket in the mix? This denim jacket is a wardrobe must-have because it pairs seamlessly with so many things. I love it with a dress, as pictured above, but it’s also the ideal piece to throw on with jeans, dress pants, or leggings because it can tie an entire outfit together. Choose from white, black, or two shades of blue in sizes up to 3X.

A Fan-Favorite Boutique’s Lightweight Cardigan

  via Amazon / Christina

I was a little beside myself when I found Tickled Teal items on Amazon. Tickled Teal is an online boutique with more than 30,000 followers on Instagram. This three-quarter sleeve, lace-trimmed cardigan is one piece from their collection, bolstered by Amazon’s speedy Prime shipping. A lightweight choice, it’s a staple piece that’ll take you from spring to fall.

Max Out Your Style With This Plaid Maxi Dress

  via Amazon / Matt Alexander

No lie, this picture makes me want to buy this dress and have my own family pictures taken. It’s that good. Then, I really looked at the listing: A plaid maxi dress with nearly 5,000 positive reviews for right around $20? I know … crazy, right? The full skirt camouflages your problem areas, while the sleek solid top is crazy slimming. Now you just need the dog and the guy, and you’re golden.

It’s Sweater (Dress) Weather

  via Amazon / Sarah Jolley

It’s a sweater! It’s a dress! It’s a sweater dress! Oh, the possibilities with this one. The customer images for this sweater dress show just how creative people can be: Some chose to go the tunic route with leggings, while others treated it like a dress with tights and boots. Reviewers called it “soft” and “warm,” with one reviewer saying she was “shook” because it was just so good. I’m sold, girl.

Sleep Easy In This Tie-dye Loungewear Set

  via Amazon / Chisa Harris

Amazon has so many good PJ options; it can be hard to know where to begin. Might I suggest this matching tie-dye set? And did I mention it’s only $30 or so? Now you can look put together when you go out to get your mail at 2 p.m. and haven’t bothered changing clothes. I’m not the only one who does that … right? If pants aren’t your thing, never fear. There are short sets available as well.

All The Leopard Print Is Here

  via Amazon / Alyssa

There’s so much “big cat” here that even Carole Baskin is jealous. Seriously. Sixteen different oversized animal print sweater options right here. Count ’em … 16. That includes the funky pink number in the photo, a blue and even a yellow. Where do they even find blue spotted leopards? Anyway, I’m getting off track. For less than $30, you can add some “meow” to your closet.

This Asymmetrical Sweater Has Personality

via Amazon / GB H-D Rider

I adore unusual features in clothes, so this asymmetrical sweater with chunky buttons really caught my eye. The casual style with a turtle cowl neck drapes beautifully, while the cross-wrap design and asymmetrical hem create visual interest. The first few reviewers loved it so much they’re going back for seconds … and thirds. Go bold with royal blue, or keep it muted with two shades of khaki.

This Overalls Dress Strikes the Right “Cord”

  via Amazon / Amy

This corduroy overall dress reminds me of my childhood, though it’s much cuter than anything I was sporting in the 80s, I promise you. The available colors really say “fall,” and paired with a turtleneck and tights will keep you fashionable through multiple seasons. I like the bib pocket on the front, although I’m not sure what you’d put in there — a phone, perhaps? No such luck 40 years ago.

A Chic Sweater For Your Favorite Jeans

via Amazon / Nessenia Nina Jaxson

We’re close to closing out our list, but not before I throw one more sweater at you. The bluish-purple pictured above is gorgeous, but it’s the black-and-white star sweater that really grabbed my attention. Pairs with jeans, it delivers the perfect message that says, “I’m chic, but I’m casual.” Reviewers recommend sizing up, thanks to the cuffing around the waistband and wrists.

Just Blue Jeans, Baby

  via Amazon / Crystal Lemon

We’ve reached the end of a list that was ripe with blouses and sweaters to pair with your comfiest jeans. If you don’t have a pair you love, these Totally Shaping Pull-On Jeans from Levi Strauss & Co. might be the answer. (Check out that lilac pair — oh my!) Nearly 42,000 people have weighed in on these pants with a resounding seal of approval.
