Thomas Markle has claimed that his estranged daughter Meghan and her husband, Prince Harry, didn't call him to inform him about the birth of baby Lilibet.
The disgraced father claimed that he found out about the birth of his granddaughter "on the radio"...
As Meghan and Harry didn't reach out to him once they had welcomed their second child.
Meghan Markle's relationship with her father has been strained for a while now.
Meghan and Thomas's relationship deteriorated when he was caught staging paparazzi photos shortly before she married in May 2018.
And it was around that time when Thomas had began to publicly air personal information about Meghan.
But, despite the strained relationship, it seems as if Thomas thinks they could reconcile.
In a recent interview with 60 Minutes Australia, Thomas said: "I don't think there are any problems that can't be worked out. I've said I'm sorry about the initial problem … I'll never give up hope."
Thomas also spoke about the fact he might "never see my grandchildren."
"I'm not a tearful type … but I'm certainly hurt by a lot of it. There's a good chance I might never see my grandchildren," he said.
He then revealed that, like the rest of the world, he found out about the birth of Lili through the media.
"No phone calls, I just heard it on the radio," he said. "I haven't spoken to [Meghan] since 2 days before they got married."
