Almost every day, I am reminded of just how lucky I was to be born in a time before social media had taken over many people's lives.
I mean, sure, I chatted with my friends on AIM and succumbed to the Top 8 drama of MySpace, but for the most part, I escaped my teenage years unscathed.
The same cannot necessarily be said about teens today.Many teens these days spend a large portion of their time on social media. Sometimes it's awesome, and it gives us all a glimpse into just how amazing the young people of today are. Sometimes, it's less awesome. Here are some examples being extra as only the teens can.
