Of course to begin with, many were a little shocked to hear that such an unknown actor had been cast in such a big role.

But, Holland soon showed how perfect the casting was.

Directors Anthony Russo and Joe Russo said that Holland had the edge because of his prior experience as a gymnast. In the script, Spiderman flipped in a scene, and Holland reportedly offered to perform the stunt himself during one of the auditions.

He is an incredible actor and is also well known for his comically loveable personality off-screen.

We all remember the time he accidentally let slip that his character had died in Infinity War to an audience full of people who hadn’t yet seen the movie.

Big whoops.

There’s no surprise that people simply can’t get enough of the actor…

But being famous comes with its consequences— one of them being having to see negative comments said about you online.

The twenty-six-year-old actor recently shared a video of himself on social media, in which he explains that he finds social media “overstimulating and overwhelming.”

“I get caught up and I spiral when I read things about me online and ultimately it’s very detrimental to my mental state so I decided to take a step back and delete the app,” Holland said.

Along with his post, Holland tagged “Stem4”, which supports mental health for teenagers.

In the video, he also encourages his fans to help and donate to the charity organization.

“Stem4 is one of the many charities The Brothers Trust is extremely proud to support – and I’d like to take a moment to shine a light on their fantastic work. Please take the time to watch my video, and should you feel inclined to share it with anyone who it may resonate with — it would be greatly appreciated,” said Holland.

After posting the video, the actor received an outpouring of support from friends and fans.

One of which was Justin Bieber, who wrote “Love you man.” While one fan wrote “love u dude” and another added “Good man x.”

We hope Holland gets the help he needs and we’re sending all the love and support to him.

In other news, Holland recently flew commercial from New York City to Budapest just to visit Zendaya.

Interest in celebrity air travel has skyrocketed ever since Kylie Jenner and Travis Scott faced backlash over their matching private jets and for reportedly taking a seventeen-minute flight.

Following the drama, the digital marketing agency Yard released a list of the top 10 celebrities they claim are the worst offenders when it comes to generating CO2 emissions from their private jets, and Taylor Swift fans were disappointed to see the singer took the number 1 spot.

Despite the ongoing private jet drama, this didn’t stop Holland from visiting his girlfriend.

One Twitter user posted a video of the couple together, which has now gone viral, and said: “So Tom did fly all the way from New York to Budapest to be with Z.”

Zendaya was in Budapest, filming part 2 of the highly anticipated movie Dune.

It’s been over a year since the Spiderman co-stars were first spotted kissing.

But this isn’t the first time Holland booked a long flight as a romantic gesture.

In February, the actor reportedly flew to Rome to surprise Zendaya with dinner at Antica Pesa in the city’s Trastevere neighborhood.
