And as a result, has broke box office records for the biggest opening over Memorial Day weekend.

With excellent reviews, the movie sees Tom Cruise return to reprise the role of Pete ‘Maverick’ Mitchell.
It was initially due to be released back in 2020 but due to the pandemic it was postponed, The Guardian reports.
