Triplet Sisters Fall Pregnant at the Same Time

Triplet sisters, Gina, Nina, and Victoria, who were born just 4 minutes apart, are set to give birth within months of each other.

This comes as we’ve seen a huge baby surge over the last year due to the pandemic.

The COVID-19 lockdown initially seemed to put a pause on pregnancy and increasing birth rates. However, new research from Michigan Medicine Von Voigtlander Women’s Hospital suggests there will be even more pregnancies announced this summer.

“Birth rates declined early on in the pandemic, but we expect a dramatic rebound soon,” said Molly Stout, M.D. “We’re already seeing signs of a summer baby surge.”

And the sisters from Orange County are the latest to celebrate becoming new moms. Victoria’s baby is set to come first, with a due date just over 2 weeks away.

Gina, Nina, and Victoria are all set to deliver their babies over the next few months, where they will welcome 2 boys and a girl, per CBS Los Angeles. The births are planned for July, August, and November, and the sisters are looking forward to welcoming the new arrivals into the world.

With the tots being born so close together, they’re bound to have a strong bond and the moms will never be too far away from a helping hand, which will definitely be needed.

Victoria and Nina joked that they convinced Gina to get pregnant once they discovered the exciting news: “Once we found out that Nina was pregnant, we encouraged Gina,” Nina said.

After finding out Gina was pregnant too, the trio began wearing matching outfits and even shared maternity clothes.

Gina said: “I’m actually the oldest by four minutes and I’m having a girl and her name is Leighton Grace.”

Nina, who is having a boy, has already picked her son’s name: “I’m in the middle by four minutes and I’m having a boy and his name is Hendrix Paul,” she said.

Victoria, who is also having a boy, chose the name Zaden Seth and said that she can’t wait to become a mom: “I’m the youngest by four minutes and then eight minutes and having a boy,” Victoria said.

The triplets are set to deliver their babies at the Women’s Hospital at Memorial Care Saddleback Medical in Laguna Hills over the upcoming months. Their doctor, Daniel Sternfeld, said he’s excited by their story as it has been a difficult time for many pregnant women around the world since COVID broke out.

He said: “The interesting thing is they had prenatal appointments all in the same day, so it clicked with me that this is a wonderful story of these three sisters who are all pregnant and having babies at the same time.”

We wish them all the best!
