One woman has caused quite a stir online after she encouraged others to cheat on their husband "at least once"...
And her reason has gotten everyone talking...
Here's the full story...
Now, being in a relationship can be on hell of a rollercoaster.
It can be exhausting looking for love.
Being in a happy relationship is many people's aim.
Finding the person who's a perfect fit and who you can stay committed to for a long time can make it feel like your life is moving in the right direction.
And, for the majority of couples, they like to take their commitment a step further.
Becoming engaged to be married is one way that many choose to express the seriousness of their love for one another.
Many of us have marriage in our life plan.
Living life with your soulmate is all any of us could hope for!
But unfortunately, it doesn't always work out as planned.
Relationships can break down for various reasons...
Too many arguments, not enough time for each other - you get the gist.
Or the one that makes everyone shudder... someone cheated.
Cheating or being cheated on is many people's worst nightmare.
But one woman claims that "every woman should try it at least once in their lives," and it hasn't been well received online...
While cheating is the beginning of the end in many relationships, Rachel Foster believes everyone woman should try it.
Writing for The Sun, Foster explained her experience of cheating and how it made her feel "both youthful and energised."
"Every woman should try it at least once in their lives," she wrote.
"My affair made my skin glow and I felt both youthful and energised — I didn't need Botox or a gym membership when I had my bit on the side."
Foster explained that she had been in a steady relationship with her boyfriend when her head was turned.
"It was not as though I was looking to cheat, but after a year with James the initial spark had fizzled out," she explained.
"In the early days he lavished me with meals in fancy restaurants, bought me flowers and made me feel like the centre of his universe. I had never met a man like him who was completely obsessed with my happiness."
But like many good things, it soon came to an end and cracks began to show.
"I cannot put my finger on exactly when or why it happened but the fun nights out became boring nights in and I felt invisible. When James did not have his head buried in his phone, he was on his games console."
"I was 38 and I could feel my youth and confidence slipping away."
So, her excitement began with a work colleague: "when Andrew began flirting with me on a work night out, I felt flattered."
"After a few drinks we ended up back at his place having incredible, passionate sex which lasted longer than James's ten minutes.
"Going back to face James afterward was not easy, but having spontaneous, mind-blowing sex with Andrew was all I could think about and it erased the guilt."
And so, their affair began...
She became "meticulous" about covering her tracks, putting a lock code on her phone, and ensuring it was always on silent.
Foster said the only reason she didn't have sex with the other guy in her bed was because changing the sheets would have been too suspicious.
It made her feel "young and sexy again" because "like many women as they get older, I had become insecure about my body and needed a boost."
Though eventually, things came to an end.
Both Foster's relationship and affair ended within a few months of each.
"Of course, I would much sooner be in a happy relationship with a man who fulfills all my needs and worships the ground I walk on, but I would not rule out cheating again," she said.
"So, women, never say never to infidelity because if you are being taken for granted and your fella will not listen, then it is fair game."
Foster finished her piece by questioning: "Men cheat all the time, so why can't we?"
