A bizarre viral moment has gone absolutely viral this month.

A strange clip of a woman having a meltdown on an airplane left the internet baffled.

She screamed that someone on the plane was not “real,” and claimed the flight was unsafe.

One viewer wrote: “What has to happen before these incidents guarantee the individual is placed on a permanent no-fly list ? The flight was delayed hours. That means people missed flights and deadlines and hotel checkins and rental car pickups, etc, it’s so expensive and really changes trips dramatically. Plus the pilots and attendants schedule is totally altered, it’s too much —-that she was not charged with anything is shocking.”

Another added: “Until people like her are made to pay a substantial amount in fines or sent to jail as a consequence of their actions, this will continue.”

Soon after, the woman from the strange clip has been identified.

And now the woman has spoken out for the first time.

However, not everyone is buying her explanation for the incident.

“If that was about airpods, a lot of her comments don’t make sense. She seemed genuinely scared, I wouldn’t think that was about a theft, honestly,” wrote one.

Another agreed: “Truth is she got paid a visit and got warned not to talk about what she saw. That’s why she didn’t mention what made her react that way.”

It’s pretty unlikely that you’ll see anyone who doesn’t enjoy viral social media content.

And it’s not just the kids.

The majority of us adults are too, with us posting every inch of our lives on these apps and communicating with others through them solely.

It’s not just about funny videos though.

People can actually earn a living through social media, such as selling things on Instagram or starting a business through Twitter.

But there are some apps that aren’t so productive…

And TikTok is one of them!

What is TikTok?

Basically, it is an iOS and Android app made for creating and sharing short lip-sync, comedy, and talent videos.

It went viral pretty quick

It was the world’s fourth most downloaded app in 2018, beating Instagram and Snapchat – which is a pretty big achievement!

It reminds many people of Vine.

Who remembers Vine? Launched in 2012, Vine was a short-form video hosting service that allowed users to share 6-second-long looping video clips.

And TikTok videos are similarly weird.

But it has to be said, the majority of them are rather entertaining.

People love to film themselves pranking others and share it online.

However, it’s not just TikTok that brings viral content to the world.

In the digital age, the power of the internet has given rise to a new cultural phenomenon – the viral moment.

Whether it’s a funny video, an emotional story, or a powerful message, these moments have the ability to capture the attention of millions across the globe, transcending borders, languages, and cultures.

At the heart of every viral moment lies remarkable content. It could be something humorous, heartwarming, shocking, or awe-inspiring.

Videos, images, memes, tweets, and challenges are some of the most common forms of viral content. The brevity of these formats often makes them easily shareable across various social media platforms.

Emotions also play a pivotal role in the spread of viral moments. Content that elicits strong emotions, such as laughter, sadness, anger, or inspiration, is more likely to be shared.

When users resonate with a particular emotion, they tend to express it by forwarding the content to their friends, family, and followers, effectively creating a chain reaction.

Social media platforms act as a catalyst for the propagation of viral moments. The interconnectedness of these platforms allows content to spread rapidly.

Algorithms employed by platforms like Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram further amplify content by prioritizing highly engaging posts, ensuring they reach a wider audience.

People enjoy sharing content that feels relevant and relatable to their lives, creating a sense of community around shared experiences.

Timing is everything when it comes to viral moments. An event or content may not become viral if it’s shared too early or too late.

Often, a perfect combination of timing and synchronicity results in the explosion of a viral moment. It can be influenced by current events, trends, or simply being in the right place at the right time.

A clip in which an American Airlines passenger exclaimed, “that motherf*****r back there is not real,” to perplexed fellow passengers took the internet by storm.

The lady in the video was then identified.

According to police reports, she explained that her outburst was triggered by a disagreement over wireless headphones.

She was removed from the plane following her peculiar outburst, which resulted in significant delays for the other passengers.

In the video, she angrily stated, “I’m getting the f**k off, and there’s a reason why I’m getting the f**k of” but the 38-year-old passenger was reluctant to leave the American Airlines flight.

However, she had to be escorted off by the airline staff, according to the police records.

On her way off the flight, she said “You can sit on this plane and you can f***ing die with them or not. I’m not going to.”

As a precautionary measure due to the nature of her complaints, all other passengers aboard Flight 1009 from Fort Worth to Orlando were required to disembark and undergo security screening once again.

The woman who caused the disturbance has since been identified as Tiffany Gomas, a marketing executive from Texas.

Gomas, who resides in the coveted Lakewood neighborhood in a $2 million home, is recognized as a marketing executive who previously held the position of vice president at Elevate Brand Marketing.

And now, the woman from the clip has spoken out.

  via Shutterstock

“Hi everyone, it’s me, Tiffany Gomas, probably better known as the ‘crazy plane lady’, which is completely warranted,” she said on TikTok.

“My use of profanity was completely unnecessary, and I want to apologize to everyone on that plane, especially those that had children aboard.”

  via Shutterstock

“We all have our bad moments, um, some are far worse than others, and mine happened to be caught on camera for the whole world to see multiple times.”

advertisement

“While it has been pretty comical for everyone and I have highly enjoyed so many of the memes, on the flip side it was very invasive and unkind. I don’t know what I would do without the love and support of my friends and family.”

  via Shutterstock

“They are loyal to a fault and I don’t know what I did to deserve them. I hope that I can use this experience and do a little bit of good in the world and that is what I intend to do.”

advertisement

“I hope that you guys can accept my apology and I can begin to move on with my life.”
