Kyrgios was competing against Novak Djokovic in the men’s singles finals of Wimbledon when he let his outrage show.

Kyrgios could be seen shouting obscenities, blaming a spectator for disrupting him, after which he asked for another first serve due to a double fault, yelling: “It’s a f****** joke.”

For this outburst, Kyrgios was fined $4,000 due to him swearing in front of royalty.

People have since taken to social media to share their thoughts on the incident…

One amused fan wrote: “Prince George asking his Mother Catherine about the meaning of those 20 different swear words Nick Kyrgios using while playing against Novak Djokovic in Wimbledon finals!”

Another commented: “Prince George getting a whole new vocabulary list today! If only Prince Louis were there he’d cover George’s ears up! That or he’d just shout right back at @NickKyrgios.”

A third person said: “Nick Kyrgios has probably taught Prince George a few new words today.”

But now, Kyrgios has got himself into another pickle, as a woman has taken a step further to humiliate the sports star.

According to the Daily Mail, the woman said she supported Kyrgios because she had suffered from depression, like him, and sympathized.

Legit answer to support a sportsman, right?

“I wanted to give him support. Maybe I took it too far… but I only had good intentions,” the woman said.

The woman said she was drinking Pimms and a rosé after the tennis player called her “drunk out of her mind” during the Wimbledon Grand Slam final.

She was reportedly kicked out of the match but returned after about fifteen minutes in order to watch the rest of the final.

But what exactly happened?

Well, it all started when Kyrgios was participating in the Wimbledon Grand Slam final…

When he told umpires that a woman in the crowds was putting him off.

“She’s distracting me when I’m serving in a Wimbledon final,” he said.

The tennis player didn’t back off as he went on a rant, after giving a mouthful of swear words in front of the royals, members of the public, and the media…

“There’s no other bigger occasion, you didn’t believe me, and then she did it again. It nearly cost me the game.

“Why is she still here? She’s drunk out of her mind and speaking to me in the middle of a game. What’s acceptable?” he continued.

But the umpire simply said “nothing is acceptable,” to which an annoyed Kyrgios then said: “Ok kick her out. I know exactly which one it is. The one in the dress, who looks like she’s had about 700 drinks bro.”

And from then on, things seemed to escalate…

According to The Sun, Palus said she was trying to support Kyrgios who always says the crowd is against him.

“I wanted to show we were for him, I wanted to encourage him,” she said.

Twenty minutes before Kyrgios’ outburst with Palus, he got into a furious argument with his team in his box after dropping the second set.

It could be possible he was taking out his frustration at being distracted by the crowd — we may never know, but Palus recalled the incident and what actually happened…

“On Sunday 10 July 2022 I attended the final of the Wimbledon tennis championships with my mother. It was an event we had been looking forward to for some time.

“During the course of the final, Nick Kyrgios made a reckless and entirely baseless allegation against me,” she wrote in a statement issued by her solicitors.

“Not only did this cause considerable harm on the day, resulting in my temporary removal from the arena, but Mr Kyrgios’s false allegation was broadcast to, and read by, millions around the world, causing me and my family very substantial damage and distress,” she continued.

“I am not litigious, but after much consideration, I have concluded that I have no alternative but to instruct my solicitors Brett Wilson LLP to bring defamation proceedings against Mr Kyrgios in order to clear my name,” she added.

“Any damages recovered will be donated to charity. Given the extant claim, I am unable to comment further on the events of the day in question,” Palus said.

And she ended her letter hoping that Kyrgios reflects on his behavior.

“I hope that Mr Kyrgios will reflect on the harm he has caused me and my family and offer a prompt resolution to this matter. However, if he is unwilling to do this, I am committed to obtaining vindication in the High Court,” she concluded.
